Zero-Friction Seed Rounds TermSheet is an online fundraising platform from Humble Paper, Inc., that presents accredited investors with curated seed investment opportunities and helps with closing seed financing rounds rapidly. But TermSheet does much more than just match-make between angel investors and startups. We are re-engineering the way seed funding works by providing India s first open source set of standardised legal documents (Series Seed India Document). This helps investors and founders close deals with minimal friction and in 1/6th the time. HOW IT WORKS We continually iterate our onboarding, syndication and deal closing processes, so the following will change. When significant changes occur we ll alert you, but only if you re participating in a deal 1 INTEREST EMAIL 2 PROFILE COMPLETION 3 CAMPAIGN E-MAIL You receive a periodic e-mail with brief information about one or more select startups that are raising a pre-seed, seed or bridge round. No fundraising information is presented at this stage. If you express interest in this startup, we will add you to our potential list of investors. But before that we will prompt you to update key profile information that we need to verify your identity. You will be asked to upload a scanned copy of your passport and provide tax identification numbers as appropriate to your jurisdiction. The identity verification process is a one-time step. Shortly thereafter, you will receive a campaign e-mail inviting you to the funding round.
