On clicking upon enroll now link, if member is logged in then he/she will directly redirected to the enrollment form else member will redirect to the login page. 3) MY EXAM: This link will be activated by admin from control panel. As soon as exam link is activated Student will have an automated email with notification. Exam will have following format. My exam page will display the difference courses which student will have enrolled with. Member can access only those courses whose permission will have been provided by admin. On clicking upon course name, member will ask to insert the following details: Student name: Auto filled Id: Unique id which every activated Student will have. Email id: Auto filled Course name: Auto Filled After submitting the details, an exam will get start. Exam will have objective type questions. Question: Question content will come here?? The site will have some CMS pages. The content of these pages will be managed by the admin. MODULE 4: NEWS AND EVENTS SECTION: This is an important section which will allow the visitors to read on going offers of the courses/ discounts schemes etc. The latest announcements will be coming onto the homepage and rest of them will be coming onto the detailed news page. MODULE 5: PHOTO GALLERY FOR CLASSES: This section will be like where admin of the website will be able to show any kind of photos as like annual function or classes, any award ceremony etc. ========================= Administrative Console SECTION 6: MANAGE APPLICATIONS/MEMBERS: Here in this section admin will be able to receive all of the applications came for the courses. Admin will be able to update the application detail, can email the applicant, also can delete any bogus application. As soon as admin activate the Applicant (based onto their course fee is received). Website will send an email along with user id and password for their Website Folder Access. Remember Any existing member of the site can also apply for other course too. Admin will verify this application here. Such repeated application will be coming inside different list. Admin once verify eligibility of the student based onto this their Course Access will be activated. Multiple course will started coming inside the member folder. Admin will be able to check student courses they had applied for. Each Course status ( Pursuing or Passed and if passed then How many marks ). Admin can also amend these marks and can change Status from back end too. SECTION 7: MANAGE COURSES The courses management can be done from the following sections: Category Management: Admin can add/delete/edit the categories. Admin can set the category to the 2 level hierarchy.
Courses Management Admin can add/delete/edit courses to database. He can even view or search for the courses by search tool available. Courses will be placed in the category >> subcategory manner. Attributes for the courses would include the following: o Title o Introduction o Eligibility o Duration o Fees o Fee Details: through editor o Curriculum: through editor o Upload document or brochure (in pdf, doc or rtf format.). Maximum size limit of file will be 2 MB. Admin can disable the course required, whenever required instead of deleting. Course will not be displayed on the website if the course is in disabled mode. SECTION 8: MANAGE STUDY MATERIAL: Study metarials will be added inside the courses. Admin will be able to manage the Study materials from here. Admin can add/edit/delete/activate/deactivate the study materials from here. Study metarial will be added at Category>>Sub-category>>courses>>study material. Add study Material form will have the following fields: Title: Upload material: or Description: Study material added from here will be displayed under the My Accont section of members. Whenever materiel added from here that will started coming in this section. SECTION 9: MANAGE EXAMS:
MANAGE PAPERS: This section allows the admin to manage the test papers of a website. Papers will be added inside the courses. Admin can add/edit/delete/activate/de-activate the questions from here. On clicking upon add Question link, a form will get open that will have the following attributes: Question: Correct Answer: Yes Each question will contain equal marks. ASSIGN EXAMS: This section will help Admin to assign exam. Admin will be able to search the students courses from the search available at the top of the page. After searching, a list of candidates will get list. Admin can select the students and Assign exam to multiple students in one go. Kindly note with this package we offer 2 exam forms Programming. All questions will come on single form, All questions will be objective type, one example paper will contain 50 Questions max. SECTION 10: MANAGE PHOTO GALLERY: Admin of the website will be able to manage the gallery of the Attractions section. Admin can add edit delete the photos any time. SECTION 11: MANAGE NEWS: This section will allow admin of the website to add edit delete the news and infortmion onto the website time to time. Admin will be able to set any latest news to be displayed at the homepage too.
