These crimes include murder, reckless homicide, manslaughter, sexual or physical abuse, spouse or child abuse, robbery, kidnapping, wanton endangerment, and residential burglary. OFFICE HOURS: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST (Monday-Friday) SERVICES: Help victims understand their rights and keep informed of all court dates. Accompany victims and witnesses to court. Provide emotional support, and help file for financial aid through the Crime Victim Compensation Board. Notify victims when criminals are released into custody. Inform victims and witnesses of all probation or parole hearings so they may have input to the process. Identify services needed by victims, witnesses, and their families and refer to appropriate agencies. SERVICE AREA: Breckinridge, Grayson, and Meade counties. ELIGIBILITY: Must be a victim or witness of a violent crime, or a family member or survivor of a victim or witness. FEES: None. 2

Protection & Permanency Family Support Services Protective service agency reference for abused/neglected children and adults, cooperate with juvenile and circuit courts. Provide treatment to youths in trouble. Upgrade family life.
