This school started functioning during the academic year 2009-10 with the Department of Economics & Department of Political Science offering research programmes. Department of Education started in the academic year 2010-11 with the two year PG programme: MA in Education. Department of History & Archeology; Department of Psychology & Department of Sociology will be functional from the academic year 2014-15.
