SAICORP Principal Controlled Contract Works Insurance Programme Summary of Cover: Material Damage Named Insured: Additional Insureds The Crown in Right of the State of South Australia, SAICORP and the Department for Planning, Transport and Infrastructure. Any of the following persons or entities for whom or for which the Named Insured are obliged to arrange insurance by virtue of a Contract or assumption of responsibility, but only to the extent required by such Contract or assumed responsibility and in any event only for such coverage and Limits of Liability as provided by this Policy: (a) any principal or owner or agent of the principal or owner; or joint venture partner; or alliance participant (b) any construction manager or project manager or superintendent; (c) any contractor or sub-contractor of any tier, other than those categories more specifically defined elsewhere in this Policy; (d) any suppliers and/or any architect, engineer, surveyor, quantity surveyor or other professional consultant, but only in relation to their manual activities associated with the Insured property and only whilst at a Worksite; (e) any lessor, financier, mortgagee or trustee; (f) any government body; (g) any other party with an insurable interest in the Contract(s) (h) any director, executive officer, employee, contract staff or partner of any of the insureds whilst acting as such; (i) any office bearer or member of any social, sporting, safety, security, medial or welfare facility of any of the insureds whilst acting as such; And others as specified in the Policy, all for their respective rights and interests. Summary of cover Material Loss or Damage 1. Insured Property The Insurers will indemnify the Insured in accordance with the Basis of Settlement, against Damage to the Insured Property from a cause not specifically excluded, occurring at the site of the Insured Operations or at Offsite Storage or in transit within the Territorial Limits, in respect of: 1

(a) Construction Plant and Equipment - during the Period of Insurance; (b) All other Insured Property - during the Construction Period. 2. Defects Liability (Extended Maintenance) The Insurers will indemnify the Insured in accordance with the Basis of Settlement, against Damage to the Insured Property from a cause not specifically excluded, provided such Damage: (a) manifests itself during the Defects Liability Period; and (b) originates from: (i) a cause arising during the Construction Period and at the site of the Insured Operations; or (ii) an act or omission of any of the Insured parties, or some other cause occurring in connection with the Insured party complying with the requirements of the Defects Liability Period provisions of the Contract. Insured Operations: Referral Contracts: All construction contracts of any kind or description commenced during the Period of Insurance. Are those types of Contracts listed below which Underwriters require a greater understanding of the project. Type of Contract Where the original estimated Project Value for the type of Contract exceeds: All Contracts $125,000,000 Other than: (a) Bridge Contracts $20,000,000 (b) Tunnelling Contracts $2,500,000 (c) Mechanical & Electrical $125,000,000 (d) Dry Civils $125,000,000 (e) Wet Civil Works $5,000,000 (f) Where the original estimated Construction Period for a Contract exceeds 36 months All values Period of Insurance: Covering works commenced between 4:00 p.m. on 31/08/2015 and 4.00 p.m. on 31/08/2016 Cover continues for the duration of the Construction Period (up to a maximum of 36 months) followed by the Defects Liability Period (up to a maximum of 24 months) as defined within the policy document.

Performance Testing Period: Territorial Limits: Limits of Liability: 2 months any one Contract. Anywhere in Australia including cover for Insured Property whilst in storage and in transit. Limit of Liability any one Event at any one Worksite: 1. Contract Works $125,000,000 Or such higher limit that is shown in respect of any Included Referral Contract. 2. Existing Property $1,000,000 3. Construction Plant and Equipment (limit any one item) 4. Acquired Construction Plant & Equipment (limit any one item and in the aggregate any one occurrence) Sub-limits of Liability: Not covered $250,000 The liability of Insurers will be limited in respect of any one Event at any one Worksite as set out in the Sub-limits below. Contracts commenced during the Period of Insurance Basis All Contracts of any kind or description undertaken by or on behalf of the Named Insured and commenced during the Period of Insurance. The provision of building maintenance and property services in respect of assets for which the Government has responsibility, owns or leases within South Australia, including preventative and programmed maintenance, logged and emergency breakdown maintenance, property services including rubbish removal, hygiene, cleaning, bore maintenance, security, grounds maintenance, venue management services, technical services and pest and vermin control.

Referral Contracts: Are those types of Contract listed below: Type of Contract Where the original estimated Project Value for the type of Contract exceeds: All Contracts $200,000,000 Other than: (a) Tunnelling Contracts $2,500,000 (b) Where the original estimated Construction Period for a Contract exceeds 36 months All values Period of Insurance: In respect of Insured Services (non-construction) - Covering Occurrences between 4:00 p.m. on 31/08/2015 and 4.00 p.m. on 31/08/2016 In respect of Insured Operations (Construction) - Covering works commenced between 4:00 p.m. on 31/08/2015 and 4.00 p.m. on 31/08/2016 Territorial Limits: And cover continues for the duration of the Construction Period (up to a maximum of 36 months) followed by the Defects Liability Period (up to a maximum of 24 months) as defined within the policy document. Anywhere in the world but excluding any operations of the Insured domiciled in the United States of America or Canada. Notwithstanding the above, indemnity is provided to the Insured in respect of: 1. Products exported into those countries; 2. directors of the Insured or Employees who are non-resident in such countries; 3. any person or firm engaged in a consultative capacity in such countries. Limits of Liability: Limit in respect of each Occurrence $250,000,000 but limited to : $250,000,000 in the aggregate annually for all Occurrences in respect of Products and/or Completed Operations; $500,000 each Occurrence and in the aggregate annually in respect of Insuring Clause 1.2(c). Retro-active Date: In respect of Products Liability for: a) Bakewell Bridge Contract 13 th October 2006 b) All other Transport Services Operations 31 st October 2006
