The survey allows respondents to reply as individuals or as employers. Individuals should supply only their own information. Employers are asked to supply a range of data relevant to their design business. The results are issued as a DIA Fees & Salary Practice Note. The data is collated to show ranges of salaries and charge out rates for each of the disciplines responding. The average as well as the recorded highest and lowest figures surveyed are published.
