BUSINESS VISA REQUIREMENTS WITH LETTER OF INVITATION This type of visa is permitted only to an applicant who works for a company registered in Canada, which is involved in a business relationship with a company in Saudi Arabia and wants to represent the Canadian company. - passport, valid for 6 months at least and one copy of picture page, must have place of birth, - passport must have two blank pages side by side - one (1) fully completed and signed visa application, - two (2) recent passport-style photograph, with plain white background and name written on back, 40x60mm. - The applicant s sponsor / business partner in Saudi Arabia must provide: 1) An electronic copy of the invitation letter from the Saudi company, approved by The Saudi Arabian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and addressed to the Consular Section in Ottawa. BUSINESS VISA REQUIREMENTS WITH AUTHORIZATION This type of visa is permitted only to an applicant who does not represent or does not act on behalf of a company registered in Canada, or for expert or independent consultants, or women traveling without a mahram wishing to conduct a business or work visit. The sponsor in Saudi Arabia must apply for a visa authorization through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Once the application is approved, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will send the authorization directly to the Consular Section.
