Process 1. Due Diligence We understand and appreciate your broker-dealer s responsibility to vet new vendors. AdvisorLoans expects to satisfactorily complete the initial due diligence necessary for your BD to feel comfortable about adding us an approved vendor. Our recommended due diligence process: On-site visit to your headquarters to present and discuss our Broker-Dealer Lending Program. Your BD refers a handful of advisors currently in need of financing for case study pilot. AdvisorLoans provides an extraordinary financing experience from initial lending goals, qualifying and process review and then throughout entire process through loan funding. AdvisorLoans provides BD with a case study summary for each advisor loan. BD interviews the case study advisors about the experience they had including service, support, rates, terms and timelines. BD approves AdvisorLoans as a vendor. 2. Vendor Relationship Once AdvisorLoans becomes an approved vendor your BD receives a dedicated support manager for national account relationship and each of your interested advisors would work with a dedicated LoanAdvisor. Our recommended vendor relationship process: BD notifies advisors that AdvisorLoans has been added as a new vendor. A LoanAdvisor will reach out to your advisors to introduce him/herself, ask the advisor how often they would like to receive communication and updates from us, email/mail AdvisorLoan summary information, answer any questions, and then be poised to support the advisor for any immediate or future needs. AdvisorLoans and BD to consider expanding vendor relationship through Tri-Party Agreements and client marketing initiatives. Revenues Regulations, structure, and compliance restrictions that apply to paying your BD on the closed loan volume from your advisors and clients can vary by loan type and by state. While AdvisorLoans is motivated to share a portion of the loan revenues your advisors and clients close with us, we always comply with any and all regulations. Depending on the advisor headcount size and-broker dealer involvement, many BDs can comfortably generate an extra $20,000 to $200,000 in monthly revenues from AdvisorLoans.
