Top 100 Public Companies The list of the Top 100 Public Companies has been a staple of Business NH Magazine since 1987, monitoring the ever changing landscape of publicly-traded companies in the Granite State. The number of public companies based in NH has steadily declined, while the number of subsidiaries on the list has increased. The following list details which companies were new to the list each year and which companies disappeared from the list. There was no separate public list in 1989.
