PRC Scheduling Steps Once study built in CR-Assist: Enter appointment request through CR-Assist PRC will approve and schedule PRC staff pre-registers patient in EPIC Patient registers with registration in CHOA lobby on 1 st visit Patient must be re-registered after 1 year Subject comes to PRC for consent and treatment 22
