A variety of companies have the social media, but do not update it regular enough. They should be more active on it to keep it interesting. They shouldn't use facebook it is not formal and it doesn't make a good impression. They can send emails or advertisements on our university pages, the we know it is a trusted source No never. It questions the seriousness and integrity of the whole employment process. Social media is meant to connect with friends and would be friends. Advertisement of jobs should be limited to professional job sites, suitable for the task at hand. no, employer and employee should stay a professional relationship Not really. Some students are from poor background and don't have access to the internet. An alternative for this can be newsletters sent direct to them. A part from LinkedIn, I don't think that they must use social media no social media makes people lazy and incompetent to do the proper job that is required.
