Robbinsdale Cooper High School Entry Plan Actions/Timeline: May/June/July/August Set up listening sessions and or invite open communication with staff, students and parents Meet with the various ESC personnel such as Superintendent, Executive Directors such those overseeing secondary schools, Teaching and Learning, Technology and Human Resources etc Meet with the summer staff that are on duty such as the school secretary, bookkeeper, Counseling office staff, Custodians, Food Services etc Review past three years of SIP Review Master Schedule and have a clear understanding of how it works (e.g., PLC, sections, preps) Review and analyze student assessment and disciplinary data Meet with New Hope Mayor, Police Chief and others as appropriate
Robbinsdale Cooper High School Entry Plan Actions/Timeline: July/August (continued) Schedule a series of informal meetings with key personnel leaders, such as assistant principals, instructional coach, department heads, athletic director, social workers, special education teachers, counselors, and nurses as needed Examine Cooper High School s Instructional Framework Meet with the Instructional Leadership Team to plan and work on the Continuous School Improvement Plan and collaborate on a Professional Learning/Development calendar Establish systems for celebrating individual as well as organizational successes Conduct a meeting with student leaders such as student council officers and student leadership group members Meet with Deans
