Insert Company s fleet The first step in order to use the application is to insert the vessels of the company s fleet. In order to add a vessel, click at the Quick Link Add Vessel. The following data sheet appears: At the respective boxes type the Vessel s Name and select the Type and the Size. Then click Save. Once you have completed this process, you can edit or delete a vessel by clicking at the tab Data Management and then Vessels. Click for edit and for delete.
Insert Voyage Data The voyage data can be inserted either mass or voyage by voyage. Mass Having inserted all the vessels of the company s fleet, an excel template has been created automatically by the application. Click at the Quick Link Mass Voyage Addition. The following data sheet appears: Click at the Massive Insert Template in order to download the excel file. This file can be filled either on shore or on board at the end of each voyage. The columns should be filled as follows: Voyage Number: Type the number/code of the voyage Voyage Type: Select from the drop-down list the voyage type (Laden, Ballast or Other). The voyage types Laden and Ballast refer to the Fuel Oil consumption during sea going whereas the voyage type Other refers to the Fuel Oil consumption during maneuvering, anchoring and at port. In this respect, at the end of each voyage two lines of the excel should be filled; one for the sea going condition and one for the remaining ones (i.e. anchoring, maneuvering, port etc.) Vessel Name: Select from the drop-down list the respective vessel HSFO Consumption: Type the consumption of Heavy Sulphur Fuel Oil in tons LSFO Consumption: Type the consumption of Low Sulphur Fuel Oil in tons HSDO Consumption: Type the consumption of Heavy Sulphur Diesel Oil in tons
LSDO Consumption: Type the consumption of Low Sulphur Diesel Oil in tons Distance: Type the sailed distance in nautical miles Cargo: Type the cargo in tons for Bulk Carriers and Tankers, in TEU for Containers and in m 3 for LNG/LPG carriers. Voyage Start: Fill the date of the voyage beginning Voyage End: Fill the date of the voyage end In order to upload the voyages that are included in the excel file, click the Quick Link Mass Voyage Addition, browse the respective file at the PC and then click Upload. Once you have completed this process, you can edit or delete a voyage by clicking at the tab Voyage Management. Click for edit and for delete. IMPORTANT NOTES: There is no UNDO in this process. In case of an accidental upload, the voyages have to be erased voyage by voyage. After one upload, a new excel file has to be used in order not to have double records.
Voyage by Voyage The previously described process can be also done voyage by voyage. Click at the Quick Link Add Voyage. Insert Bunker Delivery Note Data Click at the Quick Link Add BDN. The following data sheet appears: Fill the boxes as follows: Bunker Delivery Note No.: Type the number/code of the BDN Vessel: Select from the drop-down list the respective vessel Quantity of HSFO: Type the delivered quantity of Heavy Sulphur Fuel Oil in tons Actual sulphur (%) of HSFO: Type the actual content of sulphur according either to the BDN or to the respective analysis Quantity of LSFO: Type the delivered quantity of Low Sulphur Fuel Oil in tons Actual sulphur (%) of LSFO: Type the actual content of sulphur according either to the BDN or to the respective analysis Quantity of HSDO: Type the delivered quantity of Heavy Sulphur Diesel Oil in tons Actual sulphur (%) of HSDO: Type the actual content of sulphur according either to the BDN or to the respective analysis
Quantity of LSDO: Type the delivered quantity of Low Sulphur Diesel Oil in tons Actual sulphur (%) of LSDO: Type the actual content of sulphur according either to the BDN or to the respective analysis Supply Date: Select the date of the bunkering When all the boxes are properly filled, click Save. Once you have completed this process, you can edit or delete a BDN by clicking at the tab BDN Management. Click for edit and for delete.
Voyage Management By inserting the voyage data of each vessel of the company s fleet, a data base is created. In order to manage this data base, click the tab Data Management and then Voyages.
Voyage Filters For the management of the database of the fleet voyages the following filters are available: Filter Vessel : By selecting a specific vessel from the drop-down list and clicking on Filter Voyages, all the conducted voyages of the selected vessel appear. Filter Voyage Type : By selecting a specific voyage type from the drop-down list and clicking on Filter Voyages, all the conducted voyages of this type appear. The selection All refers to all types of voyages. From Date / To Date: By filling these boxes the required time period is defined. The combination of the above filters is possible. Export Data Base By clicking the button Export to excel, the voyage data base is exported to.xls format.
Bunker Delivery Notes Management By inserting the Bunker delivery Notes of each vessel of the company s fleet, a data base is created. In order to manage this data base, click the tab Data Management and then BDNs. Supply Filters For the management of the data base of the fleet BDNs the following filters are available: Filter Vessel : By selecting a specific vessel from the drop-down list and clicking on Filter Supplies, all the conducted supplies of the selected vessel appear. The selection All refers to the BDN of the whole fleet. From Date / To Date: By filling these boxes the required time period is defined. The combination of the above filters is possible.
Reports Voyage EEKPIs In order to take a report for the voyage EEKPIs of a vessel, the following filters are available: Filter Vessel : By selecting a specific vessel from the drop-down list and clicking on Filter Voyages, the EEKPIs for all the conducted voyages of the selected vessel appear. Filter Voyage Type : By selecting a specific voyage type from the drop-down list and clicking on Filter Voyages, the EEKPIs for all the conducted voyages of this type appear. The selection All refers to all types of voyages. From Date / To Date: By filling these boxes the required time period is defined. The combination of the above filters is possible. Print Report By clicking the button Print report, the report is printed either to PDF or to hardcopy. Fleet Comparison In order to compare the company s fleet with respect to the EEOI as per IMO, the following filters are available: Filter Vessel type : By selecting a vessel type from the drop-down list and clicking on Filter Vessels, the EEOI for all the conducted voyages of the selected vessel type appear. The selection All refers to the whole fleet. Filter Vessel Size : By selecting a specific vessel size from the drop-down list and clicking on Filter Vessels, the EEOI for all the conducted voyages of all the vessels of this size appear. The selection All refer to the whole fleet of a specific vessel type. From Date / To Date: By filling these boxes the required time period is defined. The combination of the above filters is possible. Print Report By clicking the button Print report, the report is printed either to PDF or to hardcopy.
SOx Indicator In order to take a report for the relative reduction of the SOx of a vessel, the following filters are available: Filter Vessel : By selecting a specific vessel from the drop-down list and clicking on Filter Supplies, the ESISOx for all the conducted bunkerings of the selected vessel appear. From Date / To Date: By filling these boxes the required time period is defined. The combination of the above filters is possible. The higher the ESISOx is, the lower the SOx emissions will be. Print Report By clicking the button Print report, the report is printed either to PDF or to hardcopy.
CO 2 metrics Vessel CO 2 In order to take a report for the overall CO2 emissions of a vessel, the following filters are available: Filter Vessel : By selecting a specific vessel from the drop-down list and clicking on Filter Voyages, the CO 2 emissions for all the conducted voyages of the selected vessel appear. Filter Voyage Type : By selecting a specific voyage type from the drop-down list and clicking on Filter Voyages, the CO 2 emissions for all the conducted voyages of this type appear. The selection All refers to all types of voyages. From Date / To Date: By filling these boxes the required time period is defined. The combination of the above filters is possible.
