1 < Preparation Before Acquiring or Renewing Certificates >

Close all the Internet Explorer windows, and try the acquisition procedure of certificate again. Error Message If you attempt to aquire certificates using Windows 7 without first performing the preparation procedures, an error message may appear as shown in Figure 5. If this appears, certificates can not be acquired, even if you attempt to re-do the procedures.
