Key Themes This new release of SWsoft Plesk Expand provides our users with increased levels of flexibility and integration. Not only do administrators have the ability to move clients and domains between servers easily but automated tasks can be scheduled for these moves. As part of SWsoft s OPEN FUSION initiative, the software is highly integrated with the latest versions of Plesk, HSPcomplete and Virtuozzo making this latest version the most comprehensive to date. This new release adds support for domain aliases with the centralized DNS solution offering a focal point to manage multiple accounts on separate systems. Improvements to the Centralized Mail management feature and support for a single centralized trouble ticketing system are designed to increase the response and manageability of a multi-system management console. Highlights include: Client/Domain Migration Wizard Updated Domain Aliases Management Centralized Trouble Ticketing Support Broader OS Support Improved Virtuozzo Integration Top Features 1. Client/Domain Migration Wizard Service providers can move a Plesk Client or Plesk Domain account from one Plesk for Unix/Linux server to another with an easy to use migration wizard. Plesk Expand will automatically schedule the migration and will take care of migrating domain configuration as well as user files and all other data associated with this domain or client. 2. Domain Aliases Now, service providers can use Plesk Domain Aliases with Central DNS solution and manage Plesk Domain Aliases from a single point. 3. Centralized Trouble Ticketing Support Expand administrators can centrally manage trouble tickets for all their customers and Plesk servers using powerful helpdesk solutions such as Kayako Support Suite or Cerberus HelpDesk. 4. A single click lets users instantly access the Virtuozzo Virtual Environment (VE) and manage the server s resources. 3.
