FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE & FSR001 Srinagar IAF Base - 01 SGT & ABOVE RADAR/RADIO FITTER Diploma in Electronics Engineering or its equivalent from IAF Note: Candidates possessing higher qualifications than the required qualification indicated in the advertisement/notification need not apply. Candidature of such persons who possess higher qualifications than the required qualification indicated in the Advertisement/Notification and who apply for the post will be rejected. AGE LIMIT/ RELAXATION / CONCESSION Age limit as on 01.01.2016 is 28 years. however, Ex-servicemen who has put in not less than six months continuous service in the Armed Forces of the Union, shall be allowed to deduct the period of such service from his actual age and if the resultant age does not exceed the maximum age limit prescribed for the post or service for which he seeks employment/appointment by more than 3 years, he is deemed to satisfy the condition regarding the age limit. Upper age limit with all relaxations shall not exceed 55 years. PLACE OF POSTING: The selected candidate will be posted to Srinagar Air Base which is located in Jammu & Kashmir. : 2 : TENURE OF ENGAGEMENT The selected candidates will be engaged on tenure basis for a period of four years from the date of engagement. The tenure will come to an end automatically on completion of four years period from the date of joining, without any further notice. The engagement can be terminated, at any time, during the period of tenure engagement, by giving one month s notice by either party or payment of the Basic Pay + DA components in the consolidated remuneration in lieu of the Notice. The Tenure Based Engagement will not confer any right on the personnel to claim the status of a regular employee of the Company. In case the requirement for manpower continues, personnel who have already completed 4 years of Tenure Based Engagement are eligible to apply for a 2 nd Term against Notification. EMOLUMENTS : The selected candidates will be paid consolidated emoluments based on their post qualification experience. The consolidated emoluments per month will be around Rs.26,000/- at the minimum level of induction. The consolidated remuneration would comprise of the following items: Basic Pay + Personal Pay Dearness Allowance(revised quarterly) on the Basic Pay + Personal Pay House Rent Allowance as per classification of Cities (when Company quarter is not provided) Special Allowances at the rate of 5% of the Basic Pay + Personal Pay Washing Allowance @ Rs.75/- p.m. An annual increase of 3 % during the tenure shall be admissible on the Basic Pay, subject to satisfactory performance. Provident Fund contributions will be calculated taking into account the Basic Pay + Personal Pay + Dearness Allowance components of the Consolidated Emoluments. The selected candidates will also be entitled for Allowances / Benefits / Incentives, as per Rules like Canteen Subsidy / Allowance in the form of Meal Coupons, Conveyance Reimbursement for Two Wheeler / Conveyance Allowance, Allowances towards medical reimbursement, Monthly Incentive and Annual Incentive, Quarterly Performance etc. The selected candidates for posts would be entitled for higher/lower scale of Pay depending on the length of service in the relevant discipline in the Armed Forces. : 3 : SELECTION PROCEDURE Eligible candidates short-listed based on the initial screening will be called for Written Test. Selection will be made on the basis of the performance in the written test i.e., (in the order of merit of marks obtained in the written test). The date, time and venue of the written test will be intimated to the short-listed candidates by E-mail/HAL website only. The candidates should bring originals of all the relevant certificates / testimonials etc along with one set of self attested Xerox copies in support of educational qualifications, experience, date of birth, discharge book, Caste certificate (in central government format), etc while reporting for written test. Candidates will be required to attend Written Test at their own expense. All the relevant documents as per the Advertised criteria will be scrutinized before the Written Test and those candidates who are found to be meeting the advertised criteria will only be allowed for the Written Test. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Only Indian Nationals who are Ex-servicemen of IAF need to apply.
