At LUISS Business School, we believe the pace of the economy expansion requires new and sustainable paths for growth. The infinite network of ties between countries and cultures affects the economic system, impacting all aspects of business often in unpredictable ways. Ethics and social responsibility are becoming core values, and are now embedded in business and operational models. Future managers will be called on to weigh their decisions in terms of how they affect people, the economy or society as a whole. The increase of cultural diversity in business society, in addition to the spread of multinational organisations, underlines the critical need to operate successfully in a multicultural environment. That is why at LUISS Business School we foster diversity in the MBA classroom. By providing students opportunities to participate and cooperate in the classroom, we believe we can create a unique learning environment through the continuous exchange of heterogeneous backgrounds and diversified skills.
