How can I see if my doctor participates with the Open Access Plus network? Log onto www.cigna.com Click on Provider Directory at the top Select the type of provider you are searching Optional-complete information to narrow your search Enter your city/state or zip code Enter your search radius (distance you are willing to travel) Click next Select Open Access Plus under What type of plan do you have Select if you are searching for a Primary Care Physician or a Specialist from the drop down menu Click Search 6

What do I do if my physician does not participate? If your doctor does not currently participate with CIGNA s Open Access Plus Network: Please complete a Physician Nomination Form and send it back to CIGNA CIGNA will begin the recruitment and credentialing process Please note that this process takes approximately 3 6 months 7
