touchpro DIY Pro Pack Coded Bonus A total of $100 in commissions is paid out on the initial sale of touchpro DIY. This $100 is paid across up to 4 levels as follows: $50 Reseller $25 Sales Manager $12.50 Sales Director $12.50 to the Exec Sales Director Power Reseller Bonus 3 As a Power Reseller, receive up to $300 for the signup of other Power Resellers. This bonus is paid as follows: The person making the Sale receives a $150 commission. The sellers Sales Manager Group Leader receives a $75 commission The sellers Sales Director Group Leader receives a $37.50 commission The sellers Executive Sales Director Group Leader receives a $37.50 commission In addition to the higher earning potential on weekly commissions, Power Resellers also receive double bonus shares of both the Sales Director and R&R Bonus Pools. * Requirement to earn commissions or bonuses: You must reach the rank of Reseller or above no later than 5 days after the Commission Period closes in order to qualify for any commissions or bonuses during that period. Commission Period is defined as: For All Fast Start Weekly Bonus Commissions: the Commission Period is weekly and starts on Mondays and closes on Sundays, therefore you must reach the rank of Reseller no later than Friday of the following week to qualify for this bonus on your enrollments during that commission period. In addition, your account must be in Active status during Commission Period. For Monthly Commissions and Bonuses: the Commission period ends on the last day of each month, therefore you must reach the rank of Reseller no later the 5th of the following month. In addition, your account must be in Active status during the Commission Period. Please, refer to your Commissions Activity reports in your ComCenter to verify your Rank. 1. Fast Start Bonus Commissions are calculated weekly - the week begins on Monday and ends on Sunday. These weekly earnings are then paid on the 2nd Friday following the close of every week. 2. The $100 Reseller Enrollment Bonus only applies to new accounts enrolled at the Reseller or Customer $100 level or above; upgrades from $50 Business Level to $100 Reseller/Business Level or above are excluded from this bonus unless upgrade request is submitted within 48 hours of initial enrollment. Reseller Monthly Commissions How the Enrollment Genealogy Works: Everyone you enroll is placed on your first level (Level ONE). When a Reseller on your first level enrolls someone themselves, that person is placed on your second level (Level TWO); and so on. When these people pay their monthly service fees, you receive a 15% commission from everyone on your level ONE, 4% from everyone on your level TWO and 4% on your level THREE. With this simple pay structure, you earn commissions on the first three generations of enrollment as long as you remain active. These first three generations NEVER fall outside of your payment range because of being placed somewhere lower in your organization. Everyone gets paid based on their efforts at enrollment and the ensuing enrollments from those efforts. Your organization falls in place naturally based on this simple structure. You never have to worry about placing someone correctly or balancing legs in order to maximize the compensation plan. You can build your organization to a virtually unlimited width and focus on selling and training instead of having to worry about all this managing and balan cing. touchpro Monthly Commissions touchpro Monthly Commissions For touchpro customers at the $50 per month level of service, $20 of the monthly hosting charge for each of your touchpro customers is run through the compensation plan as CV commissionable volume. So, you earn 15% of $20 if the customer is on your first level, 4% of $20 if the customer is on your second level, etc. just like the Reseller Monthly Commissions work now. 100% of the monthly fees ($50) count as qualifying BV business volume. Management Monthly Commissions As you advance in Rank, you are eligible to earn up to an additional 6% commission on your ENTIRE group. Management commissions are IN ADDITION to all other commissions and bonuses and now allow you to get paid to a virtual unlimited depth in your organization. You begin in comf5 as a Reseller. The organization you start to build is your RESELLER GROUP up until the time you reach the first Rank of SALES MANAGER. After you have met the qualification to be a Sales Manager, the next person you enroll starts your SALES MANAGER GROUP. That first Personal enrollment along with all proceeding personal enrollments from this point forward and the ensuing groups from those new enrollments make up your SALES MANAGER GROUP. Any future enrollments ensuing from your personal enrollments attained previous to you becoming a Sales Manager are not included in your SALES MANAGER GROUP. You receive a 2% commission of the monthly service fees on EVERYONE within your Sales Manager Group. This continues until either you advance in Rank and start your next group, or someone in your Sales Manager Group advances to Sales Manager and starts their own Sales Manager Group. When someone in your group advances, you are no longer subject to the additional Group Commission on the NEW group they start building. You continue to earn the Group Commission on the entire group they brought in previous to starting their new group. As soon as you advance to the Rank of SALES DIRECTOR, the next person you enroll starts your SALES DIRECTOR GROUP. Every new enrollment from this point forward, and the ensuing group from those new enrollments, make up your SALES DIRECTOR GROUP. You receive a 4% commission of the monthly service fees on EVERYONE within your Sales Director Group. This continues until either you advance in Rank and start your next group, or someone in your Sales Director Group advances to either Sales Manager or Sales Director and starts their own Sales Manager Group or Sales Director Group. When someone in your Sales Director Group themselves advance to Sales Manager, they then start their Sales Manager Group. You continue to earn the 4% commission on the group they built up until that point, and earn 2% on the group they build after becoming a Sales Manager. As soon as you advance to the Rank of EXECUTIVE SALES DIRECTOR, the next person you enroll starts your EXECUTIVE SALES DIRECTOR GROUP. Every new enrollment from this point forward and the ensuing group from those new enrollments make up your EXECUTIVE SALES DIRECTOR GROUP. You receive a 6% commission of the monthly service fees on EVREYONE within your Executive Sales Director Group. Monthly Bonus Commissions Monthly bonus pools are variable and are based on Company volume. Refer and Retain Bonus Pool (R&R Bonus) (last day to qualify for this bonus is June 30, 2012). Fast Start Commissions allow you a way to put money in your pocket immediately and Management Commissions give you long-term residual income. The Refer and Retain Bonus is a progressive bonus that rewards you for your efforts at mentoring your new referrals. The key to long-term success is getting new referrals engaged in the business. Focus on mentoring in the critical first three months and earn shares of the Refer and Retain Bonus. For new Resellers and Business Customers 1 that you enroll that become engaged and successfully pay their first two months of recurring fees, you bank ONE R&R Point. For every THREE R&R points you accumulate, receive 1 share of the Refer and Retain Pool. R&R points must be earned by June 30, 2012 2. Leave them in the bank and cash them in for R&R shares every time you collect 3 points. You must have a PCBV+ of at least $100 in order to qualify for this bonus. As an Enterprise or Power Reseller level Reseller, receive DOUBLE shares of this pool. 1 Resellers and Business Customers must be at the $100 level or above to qualify for R&R. Upgrades from $50 Business level to $100 Reseller/Business level or above are also eligible to qualify for R&R, in which case the initial enrollment month will be the month when upgrade is completed, and you will earn R&R counter after upgraded Reseller / Customer pays 2 following months of recurring fees. 2 Once you accumulate three R&R points, they get redeemed for R&R bonus share automatically. Once your points are redeemed for R&R bonus share, they cannot be re-used for R&R share again. The Last Day to qualify for shares in the R&R bonus is June 30, 2012. Sales Director Bonus Pool In addition to the Management Commissions you receive on your entire Sales Director Group, everyone who maintains the Paid Rank of Sales Director receives 1 share of the monthly Sales Director Bonus Pool.
