Head of Insolvency Law practice. Pawe specializes in bankruptcy, insolvency, restructuring, financial and public procurement law. He supervises the provision of comprehensive advice on debt collection for financial, chemical, energy, transport and companies maintaining debts resulting from factoring agreements. He has experience in banking debt collection, in particular, debts resulting from bank enforcement orders. Over the last few years he has repeatedly represented one of the largest insurance companies in Poland with respect to criminal cases, as a victim at the stage of preparatory proceedings, and as an auxiliary prosecutor in the related court proceedings, whilst also being engaged in civil matters, particularly concerning the payment of damages to redress breaches of liability negligence.
