Clinton Foundation Ambassadors Annual Giving Program in support of the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation
The success of our work is measured by a single question: Are people better off now than when we started? President Bill Clinton cover, photo by: Andrés Martinez Casares
When President Clinton left the White House in 2001, he knew there were still many issues where he could continue to make a difference as a private citizen. He created a new kind of foundation one that takes a transformative approach to addressing some of the 21st century s most pressing challenges. In 2013, the Foundation was renamed the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation in recognition of Secretary Clinton s and Chelsea s contributions and to acknowledge their role in shaping the Foundation. Today, across our diverse portfolio of programs, we build dynamic partnerships among businesses, governments, nongovernmental organizations, and private citizens that produce innovative solutions and measurable results proving that collectively we can change more lives and communities than any one person or group can do alone.

Clinton Foundation Ambassadors Support Our Work in Five Focus Areas Global Health Working closely with governments and other partners, we aim to strengthen health systems in the developing world and improve global markets for medicines and diagnostics ensuring lifesaving treatments and care can reach the people who need them the most. Economic Development We work with private and public sector partners to increase individuals access to training, investment, and markets, ensuring more people have the opportunity to work their way out of poverty and reach their full potential. Girls and Women We believe that a community can only reach its full potential by involving everyone in its social and economic life. In addition to programs that advance opportunity for girls and women around the world, we aim to measure gains and gaps in progress and chart a path forward for full participation in the 21st century. Health and Wellness By working across sectors to develop and scale healthy solutions, we aim to close gaps in access to care and wellbeing, build healthier communities, and turn the tide on preventable disease in the United States. Climate Change In cities and forests across the globe, our work to build more energy efficient cities, promote clean energy, and reverse deforestation is proving that we can confront the debilitating effects of climate change in a way that makes sense for governments, businesses, and economies.
