Dan Pasko, Partner (Kiev) 4 years of private equity experience as Principal at Horizon Capital, largest PE fund in Ukraine and as Mentor at EastLabs, the largest IT incubator in Ukraine. 4 years of operational experience as entrepreneurial CEO in the media sector in Ukraine. ADVISORY COUNCIL Mark Iwashko, Senior Advisor Mr.Iwashko is one of the most experienced private equity professionals in Ukraine, having served for 17 years as the Co-Founder, Senior Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Horizon Capital, the largest private equity investment fund in Ukraine. During his tenure at Horizon Capital, Mr.Iwashko led efforts to establish a number of private equity industry firsts in Ukraine, and under his leadership the fund manager has sourced, closed and realized over 30 private equity transactions, ni Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, and Russia. Education: Harvard (MBA), University of Illinois, University of Colorado. Adam Niewinski, Senior Advisor 17 years of senior experience in the Financial Services sector, including strategic projects in Boston Consulting Group, Founder & CEO of Expander Financial Advisers, Deputy CEO of CDM PEKAO (largest broker and investment bank in Poland), CEO of Xelion Investment House (Poland s largest wealth manager). Mr.Niewinski has a deep understanding of Ukraine, having served on Supervisory Boards of Platinum Bank and Vostokfinance. Education: Warsaw School of Economics. 4
