The ANAC Report H.10-2457-00, dated 17 February 2011, or further respective revisions, contain the Brazilian requirements for the acceptance of these airplanes. APPROVED KINDS OF OPERATION PROHIBITED KINDS OF OPERATION Day and Night, Visual Flight Rules (VFR) and Instruments Flight Rules (IFR). Flight into known icing conditions. MAXIMUM OPERATING ALTITUDE 4.260 m (14,000 ft). At altitudes between 3.810 m (12,500 ft) and 4.260 m (14,000 ft), flight must be limited to 30 minutes, unless the required minimum flight crew is provided with and uses supplemental oxygen for that part of the flight at those altitudes that is for more than 30 minutes duration. REQUIRED EQUIPMENT The basic required equipment, as prescribed in the applicable airworthiness regulations (see Certification Basis) must be installed in the airplane. Such equipment is listed in the current ANAC approved Airplane Flight Manual (or Supplemental AFM): 2006/044 ed2 rev3 or later approved revisions. NOTES: NOTE 1 Weight and balance. Current weight and balance report, including list of equipment included in certificated empty weight and loading instructions when necessary, must be provided for each aircraft at the time of original certification. The certificated empty weight and corresponding center of gravity location must include: - Unusable fuel 3,99 kg (8.8 lb) at 0,75 m (29.7 in.) aft of datum - Full oil 5,39 kg (11.9 lb.) at 0,59 m (23.27 in.) aft of datum NOTE 2 AFM, Markings and placards. The placards specified in the approved Brazilian Aircraft Flight Manual No. 2006/044 edition 2 revision 3, dated Mar. 01,2011 (or later EASA approved revision), including the placards in Portuguese specified in the Brazilian Aircraft Flight Manual Supplements No. A17 and No. G8 must be displayed in the specified locations. NOTE 3 Continuing Airworthiness. Information essential to the proper maintenance of the aircraft is contained in the Manufacturer s Maintenance Manual provided with the aircraft.
