Training Services The Toyota manufacturing system is based on this philosophy of Con nuous Improvements (Kaizens) and is used daily to improve a process when inefficiencies and opportuni es for improvement are iden fied. Why join our Rapid Kaizen Workshops? SAQI can provide you with a Prac cal In-house workshop, where one of our facilitators will facilitate and coach your team through a prac cal improvement Kaizen event in your own organisa on. SUPPLIER & SMME DEVELOPMENT Most organisa ons are under tremendous pressure to develop SMME suppliers to improve their own BEE score card. Organisa ons do not always have the necessary me and resources to effec vely execute their procurement strategy and are le with below standard service and product quality from these SMME suppliers. The programme came into effect in January 2014 and SAQI Courses are endorsed by SACE and earn Professional Development (PD) points. Under the aegis of SAQI, our educa on specialist gives such courses. The provider number is NG10838. Cer ficates are issued by SAQI. The main course is an introduc on to Total Quality Educa on (TQE) The workshop is an adapta on of the best principles and prac ces found in the business, industrial and other professional sectors. The TQE model iden fies five core pillars common to Quality schools. The course shows the applica on of each pillar in the context of the school and there are a further 5 support courses also given by SAQI.
