It helps students to appreciate and analyze the factors and forces involved in making organizations and people work effectively and efficiently. 1

Course Intended Learning Outcomes (CILOs) Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Identify the functions of planning, organizing, leading and controlling; 2. Apply key management concepts to management practices in organizations and in people s daily lives in an ethical and socially responsible manner; 3.
