GTMS - What it involves Employer reserves post(s) for NBS students newly graduated from our range of degrees offered in Norwich and London: - BSc Management - BSc Accounting and Management - BSc Accounting and Finance - BSc Marketing and Management - BSc International Business Management - London Must be a graduate level post for a minimum of 9-months at 18k pro-rata. We promote the scheme and prepare applicants for the designated posts and draw up short list for interview. Company interviews selected applicants and makes an offer if an appropriate candidate emerges.
