1 Master of Engineering Program in Industrial Engineering (Updated 2012) Faculty of Engineering Ubon Ratchathani University General Information about the program Program Code : 021 Program Name : Master of Engineering Program in Industrial Engineering Degree : Master of Engineering (Industrial Engineering) or M.Eng. (Industrial Engineering) Note : English is mainly used in all courses, some are teaching in Thai. All courses are conducted at the main campus. Type of study : Full time only Term 1 : August December Term 2 : January May Term 3 : June July Tuition Fee : Baht 124,000 (Plan A1) or Baht 100,000 (Plan A2) Courses The Master of Industrial Engineering requires completion of courses totaling 36 credits. Student can choose stream of Plan A1 (Research) or A2 (Coursework with research). If A1 plan is chosen, totaling of 36 units has to be thesis but the student is required to enroll
2 some coursework without credit. Plan A2 consists of three parts. The first part is 23 courses of foundation industrial engineering principles and advanced mathematics in industrial engineering. The second part is 23 specialist courses and the last part is research. The program structure shows courses that students can choose from to make up your own study plan.
