Updated on 21-Oct-2010 Page 3 of 10 Access to Traffic Exchange The Traffic Exchange can access from web browser such as Internet Explorer, Safari and Firefox (recommended). Computer system requirement - Microsoft Windows XP, OR Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, Advanced Server, or Professional - Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher, Safari 3.0 or higher and Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or higher(recommended) - CPU 700 MHz Pentium III or higher - RAM: 256 MB (minimum); 512 MB(recommended) or higher - Bandwidth: 256 kbps (minimum); 512kbps (recommended) or higher How to access the Traffic Exchange as follows, 1. Open web browser and type the URL -> https://trafficexchange.trueinternet.co.th as Figure 1. Figure 1

Updated on 21-Oct-2010 Page 5 of 10 Checking User Log If the Traffic Exchange system works normally, user's equipment will sent traffic data to Traffic Exchange Server (203.44.144.52) as real time by using Fixed IP Address that user assigned when activated service. And User can check the internet access log as step below. How to check the user log as follows, 1. When user sign in successfully, Click on the Search menu as Figure 4. Figure 4 2. The screen will show log detail from user equipment such as date, time, IP Address, etc. And IP Addresss of user equipment: 61.91.250.35 will display on the left top of the screen automatic as figure 7. Updated on 21-Oct-2010 Page 9 of 10 Troubleshooting If the Traffic Exchange system works normally, user's equipment will sent internet traffic data to Traffic Exchange Server (203.44.144.52) as real time. If the user equipment is not sent internet traffic log to the Traffic Exchange Server. The following are possible causes of problems, 1. Case: User internet connection has some problems. (May be physical link or internet) Description - Check user traffic log at Traffic Exchange Server not found, and users can not use the Internet. Remedy - Solve problems by using troubleshooting process for internet issue. When user can use internet normally, check the traffic log at Traffic Exchange Server again. 2. Case: The user equipment failure occurs or user equipment configuration is modified or Splunk Forwarder configuration is modified. Description - Check user traffic log at Traffic Exchange Server not found, and users can use the internet normally. Remedy In case of user log sender is Firewall equipment. - Check firewall equipment configuration. - Check firewall equipment performance such as high CPU and etc. - Check log sending policies of firewall equipment. In case of user log sender is Spunk Forwarder (Windows Agent). - Check Spunk Forwarder configuration. Open Splunk Forwarder program and click on menu Manager > Forwarding and receiving > Forward data as figure 12. The host must be 202.44.144.52:9997 and status is enabled.
