Victoria Government Gazette No. S 439 Wednesday 30 December 2015 By Authority of Victorian Government Printer Electricity Industry Act 2000 ENERGYAUSTRALIA PTY LTD Residential and Small Business Electricity Standing Offer Tariffs Valid From 1 February 2016 Pursuant to sections 35, 37, and 39 of the Electricity Industry Act 2000, the following variations to electricity tariffs for the deemed and standing offer domestic (residential) and small business customers of EnergyAustralia Pty Ltd (ABN 99 086 014 968) (formerly known as TRUenergy Pty Ltd, CLP Australia Retail Pty Ltd, SPI Retail Pty Ltd and TXU Pty Ltd) ( EnergyAustralia ) will take effect on and from 1 February 2016 until such time as the tariffs are further varied. Customers can obtain a full list of tariffs by telephoning EnergyAustralia on 133 466.
