Realtor Referrals: Displays which key referral sources have most frequently been included in year-to-date closings. Office & Billing Details Data Set-up Office Basics: View and edit your details, such as name, phone,website, or disclaimer [Manager access only]. Credit Card Details: Enter your credit card details, expiration date, name on credit card, and credit card address to ensure efficient processing of your campaigns. Data Set-up Data Contact: Enter the details of the person responsible for sending your data to the system [Manager access only]. Data Activation: Enter the details of the person responsible for reviewing your data prior to activation.
Contact Management My CRM Contact Management Search: Search your contact type along with a variety of options to help narrow down your search. Calendar: Review different event types and activities sent on your behalf along with reviewing specific details by date. Click on the Calendar Key to help select different items in your calendar. Preferences: Create Buckets and Statuses to categorize you contacts for easy segmentation of your database. Transaction History: View all loans associated with a particular contact. Click the [View] link to see more details regarding a particular loan. Communication History: View a complete record of every communication that has been sent to a contact, either via automated marketing campaigns or on demand custom campaigns. Actions: Add notes, record the details of a conversation or schedule a follow-up call with a contact. Data Entry Management Data Entry Data Type: Select the type of contact you are entering or uploading to ensure where the data will be placed in your database. Manual Entry or Upload: Select whether you will be uploading an Excel or.csv data file or manually entering your contact data. Data Provided: Select where this data was obtained from. What To Do With This Data: Select where you would like this data to reside within the system. Enter Data Manually: Enter your data manually here. Review the details before saving to ensure data integrity. Manage Data Select Database to Manage: Prospects Applicants Borrowers Partners Search: You can search by name, loan number or ID by entering in the details you want to search by. Show Select: You have several options to choose from in order drill down into your data for specific criteria you are looking for. Marketing Automation On Demand Collateral Activities Library Audience: View campaigns that address specific audiences (or select all to see more selections). Category: Choose a specific category to quickly find a relevant campaign type within the library. Format: Select a media type along with a format you would like to use to build your campaign. Run Campaign: Select to begin the process of running your campaign. Copy/Move: Copy a campaign or move it to your personal or t library. Request Authorization: Send a message to a manager that you wish to use this campaign. Marketing-Toolbox : TTP owned activities available for use if permissions are granted by corporate managers. Delete: Remove the campaign from your library. Company: Items uploaded by your company/office for use. Personal: These are items individual users upload with availability for ones self - permission based authorization. Collateral Catalogue Create Your Collateral: Upload your personal/ company collateral items for future ordering. Personalize a Template: Download a fillable PDF you have previously uploaded to be used by others for them to upload to their personal collateral library. Browse The Catalogue: View what is available in the current libraries of collateral materials. Click the different tabs to reach the library of your choice. Order: Begin the process of ordering the collateral. View Sample: View a sample of the item uploaded into library. Note: This is a non-variable version of the collateral piece - next step will give you the variable [proof] - where variable templates apply. Review/Edit: Edit the choices of the layout selections of the individual piece. In some cases it may require a manager to access this portion. Copy/Move: Copy an item or move it to a your own personal library for modifications or changes to original. Authorization: Send a message to a manager if authorization is required.
