SPORTSBOOK TERMS & CONDITIONS DATE OF ISSUE: 01.04.2014 1. General Sports Rules 1.1 Every user himself defines the bets, except the limitation that is set by the earnings limits according to the calculation of the company profits and the possible bet limits that the several bet categories have. A prerequisite for the successful and valid bet placement is that the account of every user has the required money balance available for every bet. If the account balance is not sufficient for the placement of the bet then the company will accept the bet that is equal with the amount that corresponds to the available account balance. 1.2 A bet becomes accepted only when the company validates it. A bet is confirmed when it appears in the account of the client. In some individual cases there may be some delays (live-bet procedure). In a case of disagreement as to the time of the bet placement, the time that the bet was confirmed by the company, prevails. 1.3 If a bet is cancelled or invalid (e.g. cancellation of a match for the sports betting), then the bet will be settled at odds of 1.00. For individual (single) bets that have been cancelled, the user will get back the original bet. In an accumulator bet, the settling goes as follows: unit (1.00) for the cancelled event and for the rest selected events of the accumulator according to the final result. For instance: in an accumulator bet of 3 choices, if one choice is cancelled, then the rest 2 are settled according to the final result. If the two remaining choices win, then the accumulator bet is considered won with the total betting odds of the two won choices. In case of technical difficulties, then, the company reserves the right to subtract the profits from the canceled bets from the available account balance of the user. 1.4 If the bet is placed after the initiation of the event, the bet is invalid (this does not include the category live bet). The bet will be settled with odds at 1.00. In the process of live-bet, after the result of the respective bet has been considered, the bets that are received by the company are invalid and will be settled with odds at 1.00. 1.5 The company reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of any bet, without justification. If, during the period of the acceptance of the bets, information becomes known, through which the final outcome of the betting may be influenced, the time-limit of the bet acceptance shall be redefined by the company or the betting shall be cancelled definitively. The invalid bets will be settled with odds at 1.00. 1.6 The company does not assume any responsibility for the incorrect typing, transmission or evaluation in the bet placement. In fact, the company reserves the right to correct mistakes that might happen in the betting odds- even after the event- either during the introduction of the betting odds or during the valuation of the outcomes or by settling the affected bets as invalid. MyClubBetting does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy and the completeness of the information that is provided by third party providers, for instance the live statistics. The total bet is exclusively the amount that is validated and registered by the company in a bet. In case that the erroneous event / purchase is cancelled, all the bets are invalid and will be settled with odds of 1.00. 1.7 The winnings are paid out to the account of the user up to the maximum amount of earnings limit. If the player places a bet, of which the payment exceeds the earning limit, MyClubBetting is not responsible for the excessive amount of the winnings. In this case the payments of winnings will be up to the maximum earnings limit, as is defined by the Terms and Conditions. This also applies to the case that MyClubBetting has not warned the player for a possible excess to the earnings limit during the placing of a bet. The maximum earnings limit for the bets with real money is per Player and bet 10,000. MyClubBetting reserves the right to define different earnings limits from the ones mentioned above or to define particular earnings limits for individual players. 1.8 Unless it is mentioned in the exceptions below, in the bet offer or in the specific rules for every sport - the rule all the bets are valid is applied for all the bets. This means that if the athlete (or team etc.) for whom (or which) the bet has been placed, does not participate- for any reason- the bet is lost if the game takes place. Only in exceptional cases the bet will be declared invalid, especially in the following cases:
The event / tournament is cancelled or declared invalid. The event / tournament ceases and restarts in more than 36 hours after the original commencement date. Head to Head ( H2H ) bets: if one or more participants withdraw from the commencement of the event/ tournament. 1.9 MyClubBetting acknowledges only results that are achieved in the field of the sports betting. Results that arise from disciplinary measures of sports or other kind courts of law, are not taken into account. In case of violation of the athletic rules the company reserves the right to freeze the winnings and to withhold payment until the end of any investigations. 1.10 The client cannot combine conflicting bets from the same event. Connected bets are two or more bets that concern the same event. 1.11 Live bets are offered before and during a match in the specific option live betting. The betting odds constantly readjust and alter according to the progress and the state of the game. If for any reason the offer prices of the bets during Live Bet are incorrect, MyClubBetting reserves the right to alter the price of the betting odds, even after the end of the game. 1.12 In order to avoid any mistake in the placing of a bet for the potential alterations in the betting odds, the system of bet acceptance informs automatically of the alterations of the betting odds before the validation of each bet. Thus the user can and should, check the alterations in the betting odds on the coupon before its confirmation. 1.13 For the live bets the results will be made known immediately after the completion of the sports event and according to them, validated bets will be settled successfully. Posterior alterations (e.g. results that are determined by a commission after the game or court decisions) do not affect the settling of the bets that were offered in the live bet. 1.14 Live bets are determined by the statistics of the company itself, which are based in the actual course of the game. If there is no compatible independent source of evidence or if there is specific evidence which conflict between them, the bets will be settled by our own statistics. 2.Betting Rules 2.1 Miscellaneous 2.1.1. Change the venue. For every team sport: if the scheduled venue (field) changes after the market is loaded, all bets will be void only if the new venue is the home ground of the visiting team. For all categories or markets, other than the team sports: if the scheduled venue changes after the market is loaded, all bets will stand. If there is a change in the type of scheduled surface (tennis on soil / grass / hard surface) after the market is loaded, all bets will stand. 2.1.2. Dead heat. For each bet matched on a relevant winning selection, the stake money is first reduced in proportion by multiplying it by the sum of the number of winners, divided by the number of actual winners (i.e. stake multiplied by (number of winners expected/number of actual winners)). The winnings are then paid to the successful backers on this 'reduced stake' (reduced stake multiplied by traded price). For example, assume there is a dead heat for first place between three horses. 'Client A' has backed one of the winners for a stake of 300 at the traded price of 4.0. When the event is settled, the stake (300) is multiplied by 1/3 (i.e. the number of expected winners (1) divided by the number of actual winners (3)) to calculate the reduced stake (100). The backer then receives the traded price matched (4.0) multiplied by the reduced stake (4 x 100 = 400). In this example, Client A's net winnings are 100 (400 payout minus the original 300 stake). 2.1.3. Suspicious betting games. MyClubBetting reserves the right to withhold payments or betting winnings until the investigation is completed as it concerns a game or a sports event that contains any hints of irregularities or illegal activities that may be related to the specific event. 2.1.4. System problems or human errors during the acceptance of a bet. If a bet is accepted at a price that is considerably different from those available in the general market at the time the bet was accepted, MyClubBetting will cancel all the bets that are placed with the incorrect betting odds.
2.1.5 Multiple bets (multi-combo bets). A multiple bet consists of more than one betting selections. MyClubBetting reserves the right not to accept certain multiple bets. In case that a multiple bet contains a selection that is void, the odds for this selection, will be set to a unit (-1-), meaning if a multiple bet contains the options: over 2.5 goals in game A (odds= 2), win of the home team B (odd= 1.5) and game B is cancelled, the multiple bet will be set solely on its earning part, i.e. only game A and at odds = 2. 2.1.6. Outrights bets / Special bets of long duration. In case of non participation or withdrawing of the team/player that was chosen as betting option, the bet stakes will not be reverted and the bets will be settled lost. In case of more than one winners, the draw rule will be applied. If the event or tournament is not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled completion date, all bets will be void. 2.1.7 Postponed matches / Abandoning a match. If a match does not start on the scheduled starting date or starts and stops later on, and is not completed within 72 hours of the scheduled completion date, all bets will be void and will be set to unit (-1-). The bets that are decided before the interruption of the game are an exception. 2.1.8. Settling the bets. There are five different outcomes that are used for settling the bets: Win, Lose, Tie, Half Win and Half Lose. Half Win and Half Lose (under/over) refer to the Asian handicap and the special betting lines like 2.25, 0.75, 1.25. For instance: if a bet is placed on over 2.25 goals, then the half stake will be placed in the market on over 2 goals, and the other half stake will be placed in the market on over 2.5 goals. If the game ends in a score exactly of exactly 2 goals (2-0, 1-1, 0-2) then the half stake will be settled: the bet placed on over 2 goals, will be settled tie with odds at unit = 1,00 and the bet placed on over 2,5 goals is settled lose. 2.2 AMERICAN FOOTBALL 2.2.1 All markets will be settled on the result including overtime. If a game ends in a tie after the overtime then all bets on the outright match winner will be void and settled to a unit = 1. If a match starts but is abandoned or postponed, then within 24 hours of the scheduled start date, in order to be settled: (a) at least 55 minutes must have elapsed during the game or (b) the official governing body of the particular match to pronounce the winner of the game. Otherwise, all bets will be void and settled with odds at unit =1. In these instances, if the score is tied, then all bets on the outright match winner market (basic bets) will be void. 2.3 AUSTRALIAN FOOTBALL 2.3.1. The bets apply to regular time, excluding overtime. However, bets on Finals apply to the regular duration, including overtime. If the game ends in tie, the dead heat rules apply on the match odds market. 2.4. BANDY 2.4.1. The bets apply to regular duration, excluding overtime. If a game changes from 2x45 minutes to 3x30 minutes, all the bets stand. 2.5. BASEBALL 2.5.1. MyClubBetting Baseball Rules apply to Major League Baseball (MLB). 2.5.2. If a game does not start in the scheduled starting date, all bets will be void. If a game ends in tie which as an option was not offered in the market, then all bets on the match odds market will be void. 2.5.3. All bets will include the extra innings. 7.5.4. All the bets on Over/ Under or handicap will be void unless there has been at least 9 innings completed, (8 ½, if the home team is ahead). 2.5.5. In Listed markets bets will be void unless both named pitchers listed in the market start as pitchers in the first inning for their respective teams. 2.6. BASKETBALL 2.6.1. All bets will be settled on the result, including overtime.
2.6.2. If a match does not start in the scheduled starting time, then all bets will be void. 2.7 BOXING 2.7.1. In boxing when a bet is placed on Money Line (battle winner Boxer A or B) and the battle ends in tie, all bets are returned to the bettors. 2.7.2. All the markets will be settled according to the official result of the governing body immediately after the end of the fight, regardless of any disqualification or amendment to the result (except if an amendment is announced within 24 hours of the initial settlement of the relevant market in order to correct an error in the counting the points or to correct an error in reporting the final result). 2.7.3. If a boxer retires before the start of a round or is disqualified for any reason between rounds, the fight will be deemed to be finished in the end of the previous round. 2.7.4. If one of the boxers is disqualified, he will be deemed defeated and the bets on this boxer will be settled lost. 2.7.5. If the scheduled venue of the boxing game changes and the game is transferred in a venue of a different country, then all bets will be void. For all the other changes to the scheduled venue of the game, bets will stand. 2.7.6. If a fight has been declared a no contest, then all bets will be void. 2.8. CRICKET 2.8.1. If the official result is a tied match and there is no such eventuality offered in the market, all bets on match odds will be void. 2.8.2. If a ball is not balled during a competition, series or match, then all bets are void. 2.8.3. If a match is shortened because of the weather, then all bets will be settled according to the official result. 2.8.4. In the event of a match being decided by a bowl-off or toss of a coin, then all bets are void. 2.8.5. Most sixes bets will be made void if a match is abandoned due to outside interference (this does not include bad weather conditions). If a match is reduced in overs and a final match result is reached then the team that hits the most sixes, regardless of the amount of credits faced, will be winners. In matches that were decided by a Super-Over, Sixes hit during the Super-Over will not count for settlement purposes. 2.8.6. For the bets that are placed in a higher score 1st 6/15 overs all 6/15 overs must be completed, otherwise all bets are void. 2.8.7. For the bets that are placed on Highest opening Partnership one ball has to be bowled in each team s 1st innings. 2.8.8. If a match starts but later on is abandoned for any reason, other than weather (which may include, but is not limited to: dangerous or unplayable wicket or outfield; pitch vandalism; strike or boycott; crowd protests/violence; stadium damage; terrorist acts; and acts of God) MyClubBetting reserves the right to void all bets, except for those on markets that have been determined unconditionally. 2.8.9. If the match is not scheduled to be completed within five days of the original scheduled completion date, then all bets on markets for this event will be void. 2.8.10. If a match is declared No result, bets will be void on all markets for the event. 2.8.11. In the event of a new toss taking place on a scheduled reserve day for a limited overs match, all bets that were placed after 45 minutes before the original scheduled start of play on the first day, will be made void. 2.8.12. 50/100 to be scored bets will stand irrespective of delays caused by rain or for any other reason. 2.8.13. For bets placed on Highest score 1st innings, both teams must complete their first innings, otherwise they are void. 2.8.14. 50/100 to be scored bets will be void if rain or any other delay results in the number of overs being reduced by 5 overs or more than that scheduled.
2.9 DARTS 2.9.1. In the event of a match starting but is being completed, the player that progresses to the next round will be deemed the winner (or in the case of the final, the player who is declared the winner. 2.10 FLOORBALL 2.10.1 Bets apply to regular time excluding overtime. 2.11. FUTSAL 2.11.1. Bets apply to regular time excluding overtime. 2.12. GOLF 2.12.1. If a player withdraws without playing a stroke in that round, all bets in the relevant market are void. 2.12.2 If a player fails to complete a round for any reason, other than a withdrawal or disqualification, then all the bets are void. 2.12.3. Any player that withdraws or is disqualified having played at least one stroke in that round will be settled as loser, providing at least one other player completes that round. 2.12.4 Should all players fail to complete the round, then all bets will be void. 2.13. HANDBALL 2.13.1. The bets stand for the regular duration excluding overtime. 2.14. ICE HOCKEY 2.14.1. All bets on Regular Time and the relevant markets will be settled according to the result at the end of the regular time, excluding overtime. Bets on Overtime markets will be settled on the result at the end and on overtime. 2.14.2. If a match starts but is abandoned or postponed, then within 24 hours of the scheduled start date, in order for it to be settled (a) at least 55 minutes of play must have elapsed or (b) the official governing body of the particular sport must declare a winner. Otherwise all bets will be void and will be settled at betting odds of unit = 1. In these instances, if the final score is tied, then for Money line (basic bets- where no tie is offered) the dead heat rules will apply to bets on the outright match winner market. 2.15. MOTOR SPORTS 2.15.1. The driver/rider who finishes ahead or completes the most number of laps is deemed to be the winner and all bets are settled according to this rule. 2.16. RUGBY LEAGUE AND RUGBY UNION 2.16.1. Match Betting 2.16.1.1. Predict the winner of the match in normal time (80 minutes). 2.16.1.2. Extra time does NOT count unless this is to lift the trophy market, or outright without draw betting. 2.16.2. First Tryscorer 2.16.2.1. Penalty tries do NOT count. 2.16.2.2. Extra time does NOT count. 2.16.2.3. Bets stand provided the player takes in the match. 2.16.3. Last Tryscorer 2.16.3.1. Penalty tries do NOT count.
2.16.3.2. Extra time does NOT count. 2.16.3.3. Bets stand provided the player takes in the match. 2.16.4. Handicap Betting 2.16.4.1. The whole match must be complete for the bet to stand. 2.16.4.2. Predict the result at full time including the handicap margin applied to the actual score. 2.16.5. First Scoring Play 2.16.5.1. Penalty tries count. 2.16.5.2. Extra time does NOT count. 2.16.6. Highest Scoring Half 2.16.6.1. Predict which half will have the most points. 2.16.6.2. Extra time does NOT count. 2.16.6.2. Penalty tries count. 2.16.7. Over/Under 2.16.7.1. Predict the final score whether it is over or under the market points displayed. 2.16.7.2. Extra time does NOT count. 2.17. SNOOKER 2.17.1 In the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner (or in the case of the final the player, that is declared the winner) 2.18. SOCCER 2.18.1. If a match has not started by 23:59 (local time) on its scheduled start date, then all bets are void unless MyClubBetting has knowledge that the match has been rescheduled to played within 24 hours from the original start time. 2.18.2 If a match starts but is later abandoned or postponed and is eventually completed (90 minutes of play, according to the match referee, plus any stoppage time) within 24 hours of the scheduled start date, all bets will stand except if the match starts from the beginning. If a match is restarted then all bets matched before the market went in-play will stand while all bets in the live-betting process will be made void, except for any bets that were placed on markets which have been unconditionally determined, which will stand. 2.18.3 Bets on First Half Correct Score, First Half Odd/ Even and First Half Over/Under, will be void if the match is abandoned before half time, except for any bets that were placed on markets which have been determined unconditionally, which will stand. 2.18.4 Bets on Second Half Odd/Even, Second Half Over/Under, Half Most Goals and the Final Goal will be made void if the match is abandoned, except for any bets that were placed on markets which have been unconditionally determined, which will stand. 2.18.5. If a team is disqualified or otherwise removed from a league, one of the following will apply: 2.18.5.1. If this occurs before the season has started, all bets on all affected markets will be void, (except for bets that were placed on markets which have been unconditionally determined); 2.18.5.2. If this happens after the season has started, all bets on all affected markets will be settled according to the results of the team at the moment of abandonment. 2.18.5.3. The season will be deemed to have started once the first league game has been played.
2.19 TENNIS 2.19.1. If a player withdraws or is disqualified in any match, the player that progresses to the next round (or winning the tournament in the case of a final) will be deemed the winner. However, if less than one set has been completed at the time of the withdrawal or disqualification of a player, then all bets relating to that specific player will be void. 2.19.2. All bets will stand regardless of changes scheduled venues, including any changes to a different type of surface. 2.19.3. If the scheduled duration of a match is reduced or increased in the number of games/sets required to win, all bets will be void. 2.19.4. If a player is disqualified or withdraws from a match, all the markets which are offered on the game or sets will be returned, except for bets that were placed on markets which have been unconditionally determined. 2.19.5. Games that require 5 sets for a winner, will be offered only during the Grand Slam tournament. 2.20. VOLLEYBALL 2.20.1. If a game starts, but is not completed, then all bets will be void. 2.21. WINTERSPORTS 2.21.1. All the bets are settled on the official results / rankings of the International Ski Federation (FIS), the International Skating Union (ISU), the International Biathlon Union (IBU), the Official Olympic Committee and any official body of assumed authority concerning these competitions. Subsequent changes or appeals will not affect bets. 2.21.2. If a specific event in suspended or postponed, all bets will be void unless (a) the event is completed at the same venue within 7 days since the official scheduled completion date or (b) called by the relevant governing body. 2.21.3. Bets on any participant, who takes part in qualifying for a specified event, but then fails to qualify for the main rounds, will be classed as losers. 2.21.4. For Head to- Head (H2H) betting, both participants must leave the start line / gate for the bets to stand. If a participant is disqualified or does not finish the race for any reason, then the other participant will be deemed a winner. A skier can only be deemed a winner if they are listed in the official race classification (e.g. in the case of Slalom or a Giant Slalom, both runs must be completed as specified in the event rules).
