SPORTS RULES 1. American Football General Guidelines: 1.1. All wagers on the game and all wagers on the second half shall include overtime scoring. 1.2. If a match does not start on the scheduled start date and is not played to completion, at the same venue, within seventy two (72) hours of the original start time, then all bets shall be void and shall be refunded. 1.3. Games must go fifty five (55) minutes in order to be official. If a match has started and is later abandoned or and shall be refunded unless 55 minutes have elapsed or an official result has been called. 1.4. Unless noted before a game/ contest, all games must be played on the scheduled date and at the scheduled site in order to have action. Otherwise, bets shall be void and shall be refunded. 2. Athletics and Winter Sports General Guidelines: 2.1. Participants who shall be awarded gold, silver and bronze medals at the medal ceremony shall be deemed first (1st), second (2nd) and third (3rd) places respectively for betting purposes. 2.2. The final medal table shall be the basis to settle bets on how many medals a country may win. Any subsequent changes to the medal table shall not be taken into consideration. 2.3. In the event of a disqualification, the medal/ podium ceremony shall be deemed the final result and shall determine the settlement of bets. In the absence of a medal/ podium ceremony, bets shall be settled on a first past the post basis. 2.4. For all other athletics events, bets shall be settled based on the official results as declared by the International Associations of Athletics Federation (I.A.A.F.). 2.5. For the Olympic Games, bets shall be settled based on the official results as declared by the International Olympic Committee (I.O.C.). 2.6. For all Winter Sports events, bets shall be settled based on the official results as declared by that particular sport s governing body. 2.7. Winter Sports Head-to-Head and Group Betting, 12.7.1 Downhill and Super G: All skiers must leave the start gate and at least one skier must complete the event in order for the bets to stand. If all skiers failed to finish, all bets shall be void and shall be refunded. 12.7.2 Slalom and Giant Slalom: All skiers must leave the start gate and at least one skier must complete both runs in order for bets to stand. If no skiers were able to finish both runs, all bets shall be void and shall be refunded. 12.7.3 Nordic Combined: Both jumpers/ skiers must start both the first (1st) and second (2nd) part of the event in order for the Head to Head bets to stand. All jumpers/ skiers must start the first part of the event (irrespective of whether this is Ski Jumping or Cross Country) in order for Group bets to stand. If no listed jumpers/ skiers were able to finish the second (2nd) part of the event, then all Head to Head and Group bets shall be void and shall be refunded. 12.7.4 Ski Jumping: All jumpers must make at least one competitive jump in order for bets to stand, qualification included. If no qualification was held, then all jumpers must jump at least the first run in order for bets to stand.otherwise, bets shall be void and shall be refunded.

12.7.5 All Other Winter Sports Head-to-Head Betting: All skiers, teams, jumpers must leave the start line and at least one competitor must finish in order for bets to stand. Otherwise, bets shall be void and shall be refunded. 3. Australian Football General Guidelines: 3.1. Games shall be based on officially declared results. Overtime is not included but may apply to specific betting formats/options. 3.2. In the event where a match is incomplete, abandoned or postponed and is not resumed within thirty six (36) hours of its original scheduled date, all single bets shall be void and shall be refunded. 3.3. If the draw option is offered, the bet shall be decided based on the result at the end of normal time (i.e. extra time an extension of normal time - not included). 3.4. MATCH BETTING: If the draw option is NOT offered. And the final result is a draw, bets on either team shall be graded as half face value of the ticket. Half of the bet is paid off at the quoted price/ odds and half of the bet loses. Overtime not included. 3.5. ODD/EVEN: For this specific bet type: Overtime is included 4. Badminton General Guidelines: 4.1 In the event of that a match is awarded to a competitor/ player for whatever reason before the full number of sets have been played, all single bets are void and shall be refunded. 4.2 If a Badminton match is completed, all wagers stand as written. A delay in the start of a match will not affect the standing of wagers, nor will a suspension, as long as play is resumed and the match completed. 4.3. For Sets betting, if the match doesn't start, or is unfinished due to either competitor s/ player s incapacity or disqualification, then all bets placed shall be void and bets shall be refunded. 4.4. All Outright bets shall stand irrespective of whether the competitor/ player competes or not. 5. Baseball General Guidelines: 5.1 Games are official after five (5) innings of play. If the home team is leading, the game is official after four and a half innings of play. If a game is played past five (5) innings (including any extra innings) and is subsequently called off, suspended or postponed, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning of play (except in the case when the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning in which the game is called off, the runs do count). 5.2. Total and Runline Betting- When betting on total runs (over/under) or runlines the game must go to 9 innings (8 ½ if the home team is ahead) to have 'action'. 5.3. Listed Pitchers- All baseball betting is offered on the basis of both listed pitchers starting the game. Both listed pitchers must start the game and throw at least one pitch for bets to have 'action'. If either pitcher fails to start the game for any reason, the bet will be deemed to have 'no action' and refunded. 5.4. All games must start on the scheduled date for bets to have 'action'. If a game has been postponed or cancelled before its due start time, all bets are deemed 'no action' and refunded. 6. Basketball General Guidelines: 6.1. Selected games presented in major basketball leagues such as the NBA, WNBA, FIBA and other official leagues or fixtures in other countries including the Philippines, that may be offered from time to time, shall be chosen as featured games of the day.

6.2. NBA games must go at least forty three (43) minutes to have action. For all other basketball leagues, games must go at least thirty five (35) minutes unless otherwise specified. 6.3. The specific period must be played in its entirety for bets to stand or be valid. Otherwise all bets shall be refunded. 6.4. All bets/ wagers on the game include overtime scoring. Unless stated otherwise, the second half includes overtime. 6.5. Bets placed on fourth quarters do not include overtime scoring. 7. Boxing General Guidelines: 7.1. If the scheduled length of the match is changed, all prior bets/ wagers on the number of rounds the bout will last shall be graded as No Action and bets shall be refunded. 7.2. If the betting format on a match includes the draw as a third option and the match ends in a draw, bets placed on the draw shall be paid, while bets placed on both fighters shall lose. If the betting format includes only the two (2) opposing boxers, with the draw either not offered or offered as a separate proposition and the match ends in a draw, bets placed on either fighter shall be refunded. 7.3. Unless otherwise specified, matches must go within thirty (30 ) days of the scheduled date for wagers to have action or bets to be valid. 7.4. Winning bet shall be settled at the odds/ price shown at the time the bet was accepted. This does not include any post-game disputes by either boxer that alter the final outcome of a match at a later time. 7.5. If any boxer failed to answer the bell at the beginning of a round, the fight is considered to have ended in the previous round. 7.6. Should a decision on points is awarded before the full number of rounds is completed, or a boxer is disqualified, bets shall be settled on the round in which the fight was stopped. 7.7. If the fight is relocated to another country after the market has been opened or a boxer withdraws or is substituted before the fight starts, all bets will be void. 8. Cricket General Guidelines: 8.1. All bets on Match Betting markets will be void if the official result is a Tied Match in any Test, County or Limited Over match. 8.2. If the match is declared a no-result, all bets shall be void and shall be refunded. 8.3. For batting or bowling match-ups, both batsmen must reach the crease or both bowlers must bowl one ball in order for bets to stand or to be valid. Otherwise, all bets shall be void and shall be refunded. 8.4. If the match is abandoned before a batsman is dismissed or has passed the other batsman's score then bets shall be void and shall be refunded. 8.5. If the match is abandoned before a bowler can complete his allotted overs or take more wickets than the other bowler, then bets shall be void and shall be refunded. 8.6. If a match is transferred to a reserved day, all bets accepted prior to the toss of the original game shall be carried over. All bets accepted after that time of toss shall be void and shall be refunded.

8.7. Series Betting - All scheduled matches must be played; otherwise, all single bets shall be void and shall be refunded. 8.8. For Correct Score on Series Betting, if the designated number of matches to be played in the series is changed, then bets shall be void and shall be refunded. 9. Cycling General Guidelines: 9.1. All bets shall be settled based on the official classification at the time of the podium presentation for the respective results,with subsequent disqualifications disregarded. 9.2. In single-race matchups between riders, all riders must start the race for bets to stand. The winning rider shall be the rider with the highest classification. If no rider is classified, all bets shall be void and shall be refunded. 9.3. If a race is postponed due to weather or force majeure, all bets shall stand if, and only if, the race is started within one weekof the original start date. 10. Darts General Guidelines: 10.1. Outright Betting: All wagers shall have action; there shall be no refunds. Should a contestant withdraw before a tournament begins, any bets wagered on that contestant to win the tournament shall be graded as losses. 10.2. Match Betting: The contestant advancing to the next round shall be deemed the winner, provided one (1) of the contestants has thrown a dart at the start of the first leg. If the first dart is not thrown, all bets shall be void and shall be refunded. 10.3. Set Betting: The full number of sets required to win the match must be completed. If for any reason the match is awarded to a contestant before the full number of sets are completed, all Sets wagers on the match shall be void and shall be refunded. 11. Golf General Guidelines: 11.1. A golfer is deemed to have played once he or she has teed off. In the event of a player withdrawing after having teed off, wagers on that player will be lost. Bets placed on a golfer who does not play in the tournament are graded as No Action, and all bets refunded. 11.2. If a tournament is officially abandoned, all bets on the tournament are void, except options that have already been decided. 11.3. In Golf Matchups, golfers are paired for betting purposes only. Both golfers must tee off in order to have action. 11.4. If the start of a round is delayed, or if play during a round is suspended, all pending wagers will remain valid for 48 hours. If the postponement lasts more than 48 hours, all pending wagers will be cancelled and the monies refunded. 11.5. In Golf Matchups, if draw option is not provided, Dead Heat Rule applies. 12. Greyhound General Guidelines: 12.1. Selected races presented in major Greyhound racing events shall be chosen as featured races for betting. 12.2. All bets shall be settled based on the first official result from the track, regardless of subsequent amendments to the result.

12.3. When a non-runner or Reserve is declared the following will apply. If it is declared <40 minutes before the scheduled off time: market will be void and a new market will be set up. If it is declared >40 minutes before the scheduled off time; reserve or non-runner will be entered and the market will stay active. 12.4. If no runners finished a race or a race is declared void, then all bets shall be void and refunded. Ante Post General Guidelines: 12.5. In ante-post betting/ markets, all bets on individual greyhounds stand whether the greyhound runs or not. 12.6. All ante-post bets shall be void if the competition is abandoned or the venue is changed. 12.7. If MegaSportsWorld (MSW) has confirmed that a greyhound listed in an ante-post market died, the selection shall be removed from the market. All bets placed on the said greyhound from midnight of the date of death shall be void and shall be refunded. 12.8. If a race is postponed or rescheduled, and re-run at the same venue on another day, all ante-post bets shall stand provided the entries are not re-opened. 13. Ice Hockey General Guidelines: 13.1. All wagers on the game and all wagers on the second half shall include overtime scoring. 13.2. Games must go a minimum of fifty (55) minutes in order to have action. If the game is suspended before the fifty five (55) minutes are completed/ played, all bets on the outcome of the game shall be void and shall be refunded. 13.3. If the game is suspended after fifty five (55) minutes and not resumed the same day, then regardless of whether the game is completed at a later date, the score when the game is suspended/ stopped shall determine the betting results. 14. Motor Racing General Guidelines: 14.1. For race match betting, the driver who finishes in the highest position is declared the winner. In the event that both drivers failed tocomplete the race, match bets shall be settled based on the official race results. 14.2. In Race Outright betting, official classification at the time of the podium presentation, with subsequent disqualifications disregarded. 14.3. In match markets, the competitor who has finished ahead or completed the most number of laps will be settled as the winner. 15. Rugby General Guidelines: 15.1. In the event where a match is incomplete, abandoned or postponed and not being resumed within thirty six (36) hours of the original scheduled date, all single bets shall be void and shall be refunded. 15.2. Games shall be based on officially declared results. Extra Time may apply to specific betting formats/ options. 15.3. If the draw option is offered, the bet shall be decided based on the result at the end of normal time (i.e. extra time - an extension of normal time -not included). 15.4. In the event that the final result is a draw and the draw option is not offered, Dead Heat Rule applied.

16. Snooker / Pool / Billiards General Guidelines: 16.1. Should a player fail to compete in an individual match or an event, all bets involving that player will be void. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner. 16.2. If the case of a match that isn t completed, Handicap, Correct Score markets will be void. 17. Soccer General Guidelines: 17.1. Winning bets shall be determined on the result after regulation time (90 minutes). This includes any stoppage time added by the referee. The result is the official result as first declared by the governing association of the match or the event, notwithstanding any later changes of the official result and/or errors, unless otherwise stipulated by OCVI. 17.2. When a game starts, but is subsequently abandoned or postponed after it has kicked-off then all bets, except for those on markets already determined, will be void unless the match is completed (according to the official source) within 36 hours of the original scheduled date. In the event of a match restarting from the beginning only bets matched after kick-off will be void. 17.3. If a match is postponed or delayed and does not (or will not) start by midnight on the scheduled date then all bets on the match will be void unless we are aware that the match has been rescheduled to be played within two days of the original scheduled date. 17.4. Bets on the first half of a soccer match include forty five (45) minutes of play plus any stoppage time added by the referee at the end of the first half. If the first half is not completed, bets will be void and returned. 17.5. If there is a change to the scheduled venue for an event then all bets will stand unless the new venue is the home ground of the team originally listed as the away team in which case bets will be voided. 18. Specialty Bets General Guidelines: 18.1. Selected but not limited to major elections such as US Presidential Elections, US Senate Elections, British shall be chosen as featured elections/ contests for betting. 18.2. Elections and contests that are hosted, sponsored or sanctioned by local organizations shall not be offered for betting/wagering. 18.3. Unless stated otherwise, if more than one winner of the award/ title is announced, the stake money wagered on the winning selection shall be divided by the number of contestants who shall win. Full odds shall then be paid to the divided stake money, with the remainder of the stake money shall be lost. (DEAD-HEAT RULE) 18.4. Bets on any selection shall not be settled until the contest or election is completed, even if the selection has been voted off, eliminated or withdrawn from the contest or election. 18.5. New selections may be added to the market during the contest or election. 18.6. Winners and losers shall be determined by the official final awarding/ proclamation of contest/ election winners. Bets shall be void and shall be refunded if a suspended awarding ceremony did not resume within the seven (7) days. 19. Tennis General Guidelines:

10.1 If there is a change to the scheduled venue then all bets will stand; if however, there is a change in the type of surface then all bets will be void. 10.2. For outright betting (tournament winner), bets shall stand irrespective of whether the player competes or not. 10.3. For match betting, should a player fail to compete in an individual match or an event, all bets involving the player will be void. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner; unless, less than one set has been completed in which case all bets relating to that match will be void. 10.4. If the required number of games/sets to win a match changes in any way, then all bets will be void, except for those on markets, which have already been determined. 20. Volleyball General Guidelines: 20.1. In the event of that a match is awarded to a team for whatever reason before the full numbers of sets have been played, all single bets shall be void and shall be refunded, except for Outright betting. 20.2. If a match is suspended before full time is reached, and not completed the same day, wagers on the outcome of the match shall be considered void and stakes/ bets placed shall be refunded. 20.3. For Set betting, if the match doesn't start, or is unfinished due to either team s incapacity or disqualification, then all bets placed shall be void and bets shall be refunded. 20.4. All Outright bets shall stand irrespective of whether the team competes or not. DEAD HEAT RULE: The Dead Heat Rule specifies that when there is a tie, the amount wagered is divided by the number of contestants involved in the dead heat. Full odds are then paid to the divided portion, with the remainder of the stake money being lost. MEGASPORTSWORLD MAXIMUM PAYOUTS: The maximum daily payouts on any bet, or bets, including Ante Post (bets where the events bet on are not completed on the day the bet was struck), are as detailed below. The maximum payout limits apply to individual events. The limits below refer to the total return on the bet, excluding the original stake. If a multiple bet has been placed which involves events with different maximum payout limits, the lowest limit will apply. All maximum payout limits apply to any one customer, or group of customers acting together, who have backed the same combination of selections, including where placed in a series of bets, at a range of prices, over a number of days using different betting accounts and/or across different betting channels. Should we have reason to believe that a number of bets have been placed this way, the total payment of all those bets combined will be limited to one single maximum payout. MegaSportsWorld shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses. Where a bet combines various sports or individual sports where different limits apply to different events (example NBA & WNBA) the lower limit applies to the whole bet. MegaSportsWorld reserves the rights to apply lower limits on regional events and those revised lower limits will be advertised on our website and displayed on posters and/or white boards in all our outlets.
