September 12, 2008 Dear Sales Associate: Elizabeth Arden Inc. ( Elizabeth Arden ) and Kelly Management Services ( Kelly ) have decided to work together on the assignment and payroll processes for all Sales Associates. As a result, Kelly will give job offers to Sales Associates who, like you, are currently on assignment to Elizabeth Arden through CoWorx. WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU Based on our Agreement with Elizabeth Arden, we are extending to you an offer of employment with Kelly. This offer is contingent upon our successfully processing your employment application and supporting documents. If you decide to accept this offer of employment with Kelly, you will be employed by Kelly and on assignment with Elizabeth Arden. An Elizabeth Arden manager will oversee your work schedule and your day-to-day operational duties. You will be hired at the exact same pay rate and working schedule as when you were employed by CoWorx. As a part of your employment with Kelly, you will also have access to free training on over 150 courses through Kelly s Online Learning Center, access to the Kelly Career Network Job Database, and employee discount programs that are offered to all Kelly employees. A dedicated Kelly contact person has been assigned to you. You have access to a Service Coordinator, who is located in our Headquarters in Troy, MI, and who will oversee the day-to-day activities of your payroll process. If you decide not to accept this opportunity of employment with Kelly, you will not be able to continue your assignment with Elizabeth Arden. The last payroll that you will be able to report to CoWorx for your assignment with Elizabeth Arden are for the hours worked up to Saturday, October 4, 2008. WHAT TO DO RIGHT NOW If you decide to take this employment opportunity with Kelly, here are the steps that you must complete to initiate the hiring process with Kelly: Step 1: Download Hiring Documents Visit our website and print all the hiring documents that are required for your state of residence. Note: If you don t have internet access, please contact us at 888.977.7489 to request a hiring packet. Step 2: Contact Kelly to Locate a Local Kelly Office After completing all the hiring documents accurately, you must contact Kelly at 888.977.7489 to locate the nearest Kelly Office in your area. You will need to visit a local Kelly office to return the completed hiring documents and to complete an Employment Eligibility Verification Form from Homeland Security. NOTE: Please review the attached List of Acceptable Documents. These documents are an illustration of many of the documents that you can present to establish your identity and eligibility to work in the United States. You must present original documents. (Copies are not acceptable documents.) Step 3: Visit a Kelly Office At the moment of arrival at the Kelly office, please introduce yourself as a candidate for the Kelly Management Service Payroll Program with Elizabeth Arden. The Kelly representative will then guide you through the process for the Elizabeth Arden program. Please provide to the Kelly representative all the completed hiring documents and a copy of the check list confirming that you have included all the required documents. The final step is to complete the I-9 form. At this moment is when you present the documents that you selected from the List of Acceptable Documents to establish your identity and eligibility to work in the United States. Step 4: Timeline All the hiring documents and I-9 form must be completed and received by Kelly no later than September 26, 2008. NOTE: to all seasonal and/or holiday help, your hiring forms also need to be completed & returned by this date. NOTE: after we receive your completed Hiring Documents, we will mail you a Welcome Packet. This Welcome Packet will contain your Employee ID Number and your Time Entry Code(s) that match your accounts. This process is directly related to processing your pay checks. After we receive your completed hiring documents a second letter will be sent to you. This letter will include all the details about your new relationship with Kelly and how to access our systems to report your time.
