However, if the corporation carries on business in Saskatchewan it is required to be registered. A corporation is deemed to be carrying on business if it holds title or interest in land, maintains an office, warehouse, place of business or telephone, in Saskatchewan. 1. Make sure all areas on the forms are completed in full, and signed and dated where required. 2.
