Guidance on our Credit Card Facilities We apply lending criteria when you apply for a Visa Business or Gold Visa Business Credit Card and we decide to approve applications for Credit Cards based on them. If we approve a Credit Card for you, terms and conditions will apply but we will make sure you have these before you commit to the facility. Some important information to be aware of SME s: This stands for Small and Medium Enterprises ATM: This means Automated Teller Machine All rates quoted for credit cards are variable Credit Cards are liable to Government Stamp Duty, currently 30 per cardholder account An Annual Fee of 31 applies to Visa Business Cards and 120 to Gold Visa Business Cards Annual fee waivers forming part of an introductory offer will only apply for the set period of that offer. Terms and conditions apply The Gold Visa Business Online service (360Control) is provided by First Data Commercial Services Limited on behalf of Bank of Ireland and a helpdesk service for Gold Visa Business Cardholders is provided by 360Control. It is the company s responsibility to control access rights of employees to the system. From time to time the First Data (360Control) system may be unavailable due to maintenance or system failure Bank of Ireland cannot accept any responsibility for this The Aer Lingus Gold Circle Lounge facility applies to Gold Visa Business Cardholders travelling on Aer Lingus scheduled flights only. Gold Visa Business Cardholders are not members of the Aer Lingus Gold Circle Club. Aer Lingus or its staff and agents reserve the right of admission to any of its lounges or contracted lounges WhiteConcierge provides emergency medical, legal and lost and stolen support to Gold Visa Business Cardholders. Customers must register with WhiteConcierge to avail of this service. Services available to you online E-Statements Each Gold Visa Business Cardholder may access his/her own statement and print the statement in PDF format. You can also access up to 13 months of historic statements. Administrators will be provided with access to the statements of all cardholders for whom he/she is responsible and a summary enquiry of all cardholder activity. Administrators will be provided with additional access to the following reports: a) Merchant Category Group and Merchant Category Code Reports These reports allow the user to monitor each Merchant Category Group (MCG), Merchant Category Code (MCC) and Merchant with whom cardholders have been spending. This enquiry can be downloaded into an excel format to create customised reports. b) Cardholder Reconciliation Enquiry This facility allows the user to view a summary of cardholder activity - opening and closing balances, total payments and purchases of every cardholder for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly billing periods. c) Cardholder Activity Report This report allows the user to view a summary of cardholder activity - number of transactions, average value of transaction for a billing period or specific time periods - daily, weekly, monthly quarterly etc. d) Cardholder Transaction Report This report provides the user with the ability to view spend at line detail level for each cardholder, which enhances statement information. This report may be run daily, weekly and monthly.
Access to Gold Circle Lounges Every Gold Visa Business Cardholder and a travelling guest has unlimited access to the Aer Lingus Gold Circle Lounges in Dublin, Cork and Shannon as well as more than 40 affiliated lounges in airports worldwide, when travelling on Aer Lingus scheduled flights. Aer Lingus Gold Circle Lounges Ireland UK Cork, Dublin, Shannon Belfast, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, London - Gatwick, London - Heathrow, Manchester, Newcastle Gaining access to Aer Lingus Gold Circle Lounges If you hold a Bank of Ireland Gold Visa Business Card you will be able to use any of the Aer Lingus Gold Circle or affiliated lounges. At some airports, where an Aer Lingus handling partner provides lounge facilities, you may need to register at check-in for the lounge visit. Once you produce your Bank of Ireland Gold Visa Business Card, the Check-in staff will provide you with a lounge invitation, which you can use to locate and access the lounge. Ask at check-in if you need to register or not. WhiteConcierge Emergency Travel Assistance This service will support you if something goes wrong and you find yourself in a vulnerable situation. If you are in trouble abroad, if you are injured or if you need help anytime of the day or night. You can register all your personal and business cards with this service. Register today.
