Citrix EasyCall Gateway Pre-Installation Checklist This checklist is for EasyCall Gateway administrators. Information for telephony system integrators is provided in the EasyCall Gateway Telephony System Integrator s Guides. We recommend that you keep this checklist updated and accessible to the administrator. For background information on these settings, refer to the EasyCall Gateway Administrator s Guide. Directory Source Configuration You can use multiple sources for the directory information to appear in EasyCall. If you have more than three LDAP/AD sources, make a copy of this page. First LDAP/AD Source Name: LDAP server IP address and port: (LDAP server port defaults to 389. If you use an indexed database, using port 3268 will significantly speed the LDAP queries.) LDAP Bind DN and password: "cn=directorymanager,o=cisco.com" (Cisco DC Directory) "ou=administrator,dc=ace,dc=com" "username" (Active Directory User Principal Name; cannot be email address) "cn=administrator,cn=users,dc=ace,dc=com" (Active Directory) For Novell edirectory, the Bind DN user must have access rights to see the properties of the users. LDAP Base DN: "ou=users,o=cisco.com" (Cisco DC Directory) "ou=users,dc=ace,dc=com" "cn=users,dc=ace,dc=com" (Active Directory) LDAP Attribute fields: (Defaults in parentheses.)
