Partners Ryland L. Mitchell, III, CRE, MAI Ryland L. Mitchell, III is one of the three partners who started the firm in March 1977. For approximately six years prior to that time, he was an appraiser with McCurdy Lipman & Associates in Towson. Ryland graduated from the business school of the University of Richmond in 1965 and did graduate work in the field of real estate at the University of Florida. Previously he was Senior Vice President of a regional appraisal firm headquartered in Baltimore. He has also served as an appraiser and mortgage loan officer for various local and regional banks.
