Optimal Functionality All devices support the J1939 protocol for reading motor data. These can be readout via CAN with little programming effort and be visualized and monitored with the D1000. MCQ5 monitors, controls and displays all of the functions of the machinery such as the control of the excavator. Up to 4 cameras can be connected to the MCQ5. The ability to display two video inputs at once on the screen makes for a perfect overview in use. The resulting operational data can be recorded, stored on a USB stick and evaluated on a PC. Problems can be analyzed from the office and solutions be developed using the optional remote maintenance. D1000 J1939 MCQ5200 K1100 CAN MCM221 Hydraulic System The neccessary I/O-modules of the MCM-series can be connected via CAN. So it is possible to control the lighting system in an excavator through the MCQ5 and to regulate the hydraulic system. For control of the excavator arm, a joystick can be integrated via CAN into the system. The data of the joystick gets to the MCQ5 where they are processed via CAN-bus. E.g. to set the excavator in motion, commands are sent to the corresponding 08 MCM module, which operates the valves of the hydraulic control. 09
SOFTWARE: free and easy Free Software The free software package GDSDesigner and GDSLogic offers everything the heart desires license free! Easy Programming Every field of application needs special functions, which the user can easily program in the MCQ5200 at any time. GDSDesigner is needed to render the graphical interface (scales, indicators, bargraphs). GDSLogic can be used to program (parameterization/programming) any functional processes. No prior programming skills are needed when using GDSLogic as a graphical programming solution. Graphical logic modules are used to render the functions for the specific displays. In short, you see what you are doing! Graf-Syteco Remote Maintenance Graf-Syteco supports the technical support of your customers reliable and convenient. For this purpose we provide an advanced remote maintenance structure, consisting of a GSM modem, software and remote server. This package enables the independent maintenance of the used operating and control unit fast, effective, safe. In a case of emergency, you can react immediately and access the machinery of your customers thanks to internet. This saves the user valuable time, because in most cases an on-site assignment and associated maintenance costs plus downtime are eliminated.
