1. Accessing the etrader Terminal The etrader terminal will display Spot prices for commodities and allow traders to place deals. Traders can view their margin status, statement, transaction logs, etc. Traders can access the terminal using the URL: etrader.intlfcstone.com. The desired version of the platform can be launched by clicking either of the buttons below: Page 3 At the login screen, the trader is asked to enter his/her login credentials to launch the etrader terminal. In the Location field, the trader should choose the INTL office where their trading account is held.
Once the trader has logged in successfully, he/she is presented with a screen similar to the one below: Page 4 On the desktop, the trader will be able to select/input the respective quantity and click on Buy or Sell buttons to place a deal. The Trader Account Administrators are responsible for determining the commodities that traders can deal in. As soon as a trader clicks on the Buy or Sell buttons, the system will process the request and book the transaction. The Instrument List table provides a listing of all the pairs available to the trader along with their respective prices. The Position Widget provides a snapshot of the trader s position. The required margin will be automatically calculated as rates change for the relevant commodities. The Activity Log table lists trader activities in the current etrader session. Traders are able to place deals directly using the Commodity Widget or the related forms. The reports section provides traders with the means to check their current statement, margin report with commodity-wise breakup, order register, trade analysis etc. At the bottom of the screen, the status bar displays the User Code, Login Date & Time, the Server IP that the trader is connected to and the connection s status.
2. Commodity Widget Page 5 Each commodity pair will be represented by a Commodity Widget. Traders can select the same from the menu list. The widget displays the spot Ask and Bid rates for the relevant commodity on a real time basis. To place a deal, traders need to enter the required quantity, select the stock code from the combo box and double-click on the Sell or Buy button. The deal request will then be forwarded to the system s server for processing and if successful, the trader will be notified as per the below example:
3. Spot Trade Menu Location: Widgets => Orders => Spot Trade Traders can also place deals using the Spot Trade Form. Page 6 4. Reports Position Keeping This report displays a summary of positions held by the trader. There are separate columns for Commodities and Funds. The report also displays the overall margin position based on current market rates. Trade Analysis This report displays the summary of trades that the trader executed. It also displays the profitability for the same and calculates the open positions on the current market prices. Traders have the ability to obtain this report for any date range or commodity they wish to review. Account Statement Traders can obtain their Account Statement for any date range they wish to review. This report displays trades and all other accounting entries recorded in the back office system. Traders are able to view all the commodities they ve traded, such as USD, XAU etc. and can also view/print or export their Account Statement in PDF or MS Excel format. Deal Register This report displays trader deals and orders filled during a specified period. Traders have the option to review Buy deals, Sell deals or both. Traders also have an option to print deal confirmations for placed trades.
5.
