You add the person whom you are writing the letter to in the database once. Each time you write a letter to that person you find that person in the database and click on the body of the letter of the form and add a new letter. Each letter written to this person is maintained and can be printed at any time. You can also keep an audit trail on person and notes on each individual letter you wrote to them. Curriculum Database This unique database will track your curriculum, print your worksheets, home work sheets, allow student to enter answers in the database, complete their weekly glossary of terms, and also take their weekly exam.
