He possesses wide experience in risk management, research and credit administration, project finance, business evaluation, strategic planning and debt management. He has an MBA (Masters in Business Administration), Finance option from Maastricht School of Management and a Post graduate Diploma in Banking and Management from a French Technical Institute of Banking (Institut technique Bancaire de Paris) as well as a Bachelor s degree in Statistics and Applied Economics. He has occupied various positions at the Central Bank (BNR) where he spent 10 years before moving to BRD as part of its management team for seven years. He has acquired numerous trainings in insurance and insurance brokerage from where the rapid growth of BIB Ltd can be traced given the above background and huge experience. She has extensive knowledge and experience in insurance especially in underwriting and claims areas. Previously she worked for SORAS INSURANCE COMPANY LTD, in 2011 to 2012 serving as a customer care manager, from 2009 to 2010 she was heading the underwriting and customer service Section. After that he joined ASCOMA RWANDA (a subsidiary of ASCOMA AC with headquarters in MONACO -France) heading the commercial department and doubling as the company secretary. Olivier, is currently doing a master s degree in project Management from JOMO KENYATTA UNIVERSITY for Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) Mr. Ngendo s experience and profession has been aided by additional training related to insurance.
