WP3 basics Total cost: 952.035 Duration: 2010.04.01.-2011.10.01. (3 periods) Core outputs: 3 pcs. (report, map, documentation) During the WP3 huge amount of necessary basic data will be collected sum 29 reports, 21 maps, 10 documentations have to be worked out, so (7 reports + 5 maps + 2 docs) / country plus common international ones there will be 2 workshops in Hungary and 1 in the Czech Republic the hazard maps will be created for the pilot areas (EU FD Chapter III) Tools for successfully complete WP3 GIS database server and shared workspace (provided by EDUKOVIZIG) Project website or server with online storage space 2010. 05. 07. 3

Organisational aspects Possible formats Reports: DOC and PDF with related XLS or DBF tables Maps: preferrably SHP format, but DWG is fine Documentations: same as reports Document links Would be nice to have all data linked to tables, to be flexible for GIS usage and coherent for all documents easier to modify attachments Start workshop - possible on 17-18th June, 2010 in Hungary Declare needed data and text content, plus format for activities: 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 3.2.1, 3.3.1, 3.3.2, 3.5.1 A pre-made document body with table of contents has to be carried out before the meeting, partners may comment them and finalize on WS Interim workshop should be in February, 2011 Final workshop should be in August, 2011 2010. 05. 07. 6

Forums, circular letters (address-books) also in the website Speaking common language Need of translation (?), language of communication (English) Coherent units for tables and data values (coordinate systems!) 2010. 05. 07. 7
