CAROLYN CASH Carolyn Cash is the founder and principal owner at Cash Financial Group, Inc. Cash Financial Group is an independent financial planning company with certified public accountants and other staff professionals available to assist clients in full service financial issues. She is also active in other charity and civic groups and is a frequent speaker at local high schools and colleges for educational and financial information relating to the development of young people. Over 25 years in the business, Carolyn started with Lincoln National Agency. She completed the Certified Financial Planning Program in 1989. She also holds the Series 7, 24, 65, 66, and Life and Health Insurance Licenses. Carolyn was a prior member of the Management Advisory Council for SagePoint Financial, Inc., and served as Chair of the council in 2011. She has also served on various charity boards, including ALIVE (Alternative to Living in Violent Environment) and Springboard to Learning. Carolyn also was a member of the Civic Entrepreneurs Organization from 1999-2005, and served as Chairman of the Economic Forecast Event for two years. Carolyn lives in Chesterfield, MO, with her husband Ted.
DAWN M. HEMMING Dawn M. Hemming has worked as an investment advisor since 1992, offering investment, insurance and plan design services to small businesses and individuals. It was her passion to build a firm founded on providing exemplary service to clients, combining her background of business management, education and counseling. Creating an infrastructure to support top notch service, Dawn developed a team approach to delivering investment advisory and planning services. She enjoys addressing each client s particular set of goals. I am passionate about listening carefully to the client s needs and concerns, and thoroughly enjoy devising creative solutions to address those needs. Since 2004, Dawn has been ranked in the top 1% of producers for SagePoint Financial, Inc. Prior to that, she continually ranked in the top 10% of producers nationwide. Dawn earned a Bachelor s Degree in Education and a Masters in Business Administration.
ERICA MCGINNIS Erica McGinnis serves as President and CEO of AIG Advisor Group, one of the largest networks of independent broker-dealers in the U.S. McGinnis is responsible for the management of more than 800 employees, who serve the needs of over 6,000 total licensed advisors affiliated with FSC Securities Corporation, Royal Alliance Associates, SagePoint Financial and Woodbury Financial. As President and CEO of AIG Advisor Group, McGinnis is responsible for defining the firm s strategy and driving growth and innovation across the network. McGinnis began her career in 1993 in Minneapolis with IDS Financial Services (known today as Ameriprise Financial) where she held various positions in operations, training and compliance. In 2001 she moved to Wells Fargo Investments, then to Charles Schwab before joining AIG Advisor Group nine years ago. McGinnis s first position with AIG Advisor Group was as the director of branch exams where she was responsible for consolidating each of the broker-dealer exam teams into one network department. She later took on additional responsibilities to lead the Policy Development and Compliance Training & Education teams. In 2008, AIG Advisor Group decided to separate the supervision functions from sales management. McGinnis led that organizational effort and managed the AIG Advisor Group Supervision organization for just over four years. In January 2013, McGinnis was named AIG Advisor Group s Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing the activities of both the retail and investment advisory businesses for all four of the AIG Advisor Group broker-dealers. McGinnis earned a B.S. in International Relations and Economics from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and holds the Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 63, and 66 registrations.
HEATHER R. O NEILL, CFP, CHFC Heather O Neill is the founder of Michigan Financial Advisors Corporation, a full service financial planning and investment advisory firm. Heather has specialized in retirement planning for over 23 years and focuses on building trust and confidence in her client relationships while providing personalized service based on each client s needs. In addition to managing the direction of the firm, she is an integral part of all investment research and oversees the customized planning solutions for each client. Her practice provides retirement planning and wealth management services to over 170 families, individuals and small businesses. She has four full-time support staff, including her father. Heather has been an advisor with FSC Securities Corporation for 16 years. She holds Series 7, 24, 63, and 53 registrations, holds a business degree from Western Michigan University, is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and has been a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) since 1995. She is an active member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and Financial Services Institute (FSI) and is currently serving on both the Women s Advisory Board and the Education Committee, representing FSC Securities Corporation. In 2013, the Women s Advisory Board launched a Mentorship initiative; Heather is currently mentoring three advisors in overall practice development.
ELLEN ROGIN, CPA, CFP Ellen Rogin, financial advisor and Abundance Activist, is a nationallyknown expert on women and wealth. She is President of Strategic Financial Designs Inc, a life and wealth management firm in Northfield, Illinois. Ellen serves on the Board of Directors for Metropolitan Capital Bank in Chicago where she also consults on marketing and relationship management issues with the private bankers. CAROLE J. WEINBERG, CPA Carole J. Weinberg, CPA is a Partner at NCA Financial Planners and Co-Chairman of the firm s Investment Research Team, a fourteenmember group whose responsibilities include investment selection and monitoring, due diligence, and asset allocation. Ms. Weinberg began her career with a regional public accounting firm where she specialized in management reporting and tax planning for individuals and closely-held companies. Since joining the firm in 1993, she has been dedicated to developing a comprehensive approach to financial planning. With such a focus, she encompasses accumulation and distribution strategies for retirement, income tax and estate planning, investment management and asset allocation to help achieve goal-oriented planning. Ms. Weinberg is a regular presenter of retirement planning seminars, a guest speaker for the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and frequent guest on local radio and television. She received her B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Akron.
