Responsibilities per NOV 2014 MOA Program Management Office DISA / MNIS Application Service Provider PACOM / PWC 1. Articulate future resource requirements in sup of APAN Program Objective Memo (POM) process. 2. Develop, implement & manage APAN budget & financial outlook plan 3. Coord. Tech Refresh on Hardware & Software within the DECC production and PWC development, testing / staging and COOP environments. 4. Develop & coord. Tier 2 Computer Network Defense Services Provider (CNDSP) Coverage & TTP s of APAN environment during normal ops. 5. Coordinate with PWC and ESD on UISS-APAN Disaster Recovery plans and TTP s. 6. Acquire/provide COTS licenses & equipment for production (DECC), development, testing & staging & COOP operating environments (PWC). 7. Coord. & maintain Certification & Accreditation for UISS- APAN hosted DISA Enterprise Computing Center (DECC), Montgomery, Alabama. I. Maintain NETOPS Process & Documentation II. Maintain Risk Management Framework (RMF) 8. Define/Maintain APAN Configuration & Change Plan 9. Manage Application Services Provider (ASP) 1. Manage APAN ASP DISA funded contractors 2.
