Responsibilities per NOV 2014 MOA Program Management Office DISA / MNIS Application Service Provider PACOM / PWC 1. Articulate future resource requirements in sup of APAN Program Objective Memo (POM) process. 2. Develop, implement & manage APAN budget & financial outlook plan 3. Coord. Tech Refresh on Hardware & Software within the DECC production and PWC development, testing / staging and COOP environments. 4. Develop & coord. Tier 2 Computer Network Defense Services Provider (CNDSP) Coverage & TTP s of APAN environment during normal ops. 5. Coordinate with PWC and ESD on UISS-APAN Disaster Recovery plans and TTP s. 6. Acquire/provide COTS licenses & equipment for production (DECC), development, testing & staging & COOP operating environments (PWC). 7. Coord. & maintain Certification & Accreditation for UISS- APAN hosted DISA Enterprise Computing Center (DECC), Montgomery, Alabama. I. Maintain NETOPS Process & Documentation II. Maintain Risk Management Framework (RMF) 8. Define/Maintain APAN Configuration & Change Plan 9. Manage Application Services Provider (ASP) 1. Manage APAN ASP DISA funded contractors 2. Coordinate w/cocom s APAN testing, planning & user assessment 3. Prepare enterprise ASP contractor labor cost estimates 4. Perform PWC Tech Refresh on hardware / software 5. Perform Research, Development, Testing & Evaluation (RDT&E) for new UISS APAN capabilities or platforms 6. Manage Software Development Product Teams, Sprints and Plans 7. Develop business & strategic marketing strategy 8. Perform APAN operation enhancements & engineering analysis 9. Maintain & implement APAN Software Change Control Process 10. Coordinate APAN Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI s) 11. Submit & document RFC s for review & MNIS PMO CAB approval 12. Provide MNIS PMO engineering analysis & funding model for new validated UISS Steering Group requirements presented to DISA 13. Remotely manage APAN production app environment 14. Maintain certification & accreditation for PWC-APAN environments 15. Conduct agile software development methodology to enhance APAN capabilities & reduce software bug issues. 16. Ensure software versioning control is updated & utilized 17. Review & test applicable OS System (OS) & STIG items. 18. Apply STIGS to Production environment in a timely manner. 19. Provide list of approved OS STIGS to PMO for DECC action 20. Maintain APAN develop / testing / staging / Lab / COOP enclaves. 21. Provide on-site support to DOD organization as needed. 22. Provide APAN Customer Tier I & II Customer Help Desk Sup 23. Support DISA NETOPS & RMF Process requirements 24. Maintain APAN disaster recovery capability at PWC enclave 25. Provide disaster recovery operations at PWC for failover 26. Provide CND sup of COOP activation at USPACOM PWC 7
