General competences: Oral and written communication in a professional purpose also in an international language; Learn and self-improve, receptivity to news in the field; Scientific approach of the specialty area skills for the analysis, synthesis and interpretation of information in the specialty area; Team work abilities; the ability to collaborate with specialists from other fields; Pursue further studies - Master s and Doctoral. B. Job-related competences: Analysis and design of information systems: the creation, design, elaboration, testing, implementation and maintenance of information systems and software, draw up the related technical documentation; Project management for IT&C solutions; ensure the functionality, monitoring and development of the implemented IT&C solutions; staff training for using the implemented IT&C technologies; coordination of teams of experts; The design, installation and management of the network infrastructure; keeping a computer network and connection and communication equipment functional; server management; network connections and access to the world network which is the Internet; the design and application of the network security strategy; Write projects for IT&C solutions and services; the design / re-design of IT&C solutions for the most complex system elements; coordination of IT&C projects and teams; monitor the performance of the implemented IT&C solutions; staff training for using IT&C technologies; Teach IT&C in primary and secondary schools.

General competences: The skill to apply the main methods, theories and concepts in the field and area of speciality, including their proper use in professional communication; The ability to explain and interpret certain types of concepts, situations, processes, projects etc., in the field; The skill to apply basic methods and principles to solve well-defined, fieldspecific situations/problems, using qualified assistance; Experience in using electronic instruments and basic methods to define and evaluate the performance of electronic systems and circuits; The skill to write professional projects using established methods and principles in the field. B. Professional competences C1. The skill to use the fundamental elements of electronic devices, circuits, systems, instrumentation and technology; C2. The ability to apply the basic methods of signal acquisition and processing; C. The skill to apply the basic knowledge, concepts and methods concerning the architecture of calculation systems, microprocessors, microcontroller, programming language and techniques;

C. The skill to design and use hardware and software applications of reduced complexity specific to the field of applied electronics; C5. The ability to apply the basic knowledge, concepts and methods in power electronics, automatic systems, electrical power segmentation, electromagnetic compatibility; C6. The skill to solve technological problems in the field of applied electronics. C Occupational competences CT1. Systematic analysis of the problems encountered in the work context by identifying the components which have standard solutions, thereby ensuring the fulfilment of the professional tasks; CT2. Structure the professional activities into stages and distribute them to co-workers according to their hierarchy levels, with a complete explanation of the individual tasks, thereby ensuring an efficient interchange of information and interpersonal communication; CT. Upgrade personal and professional development to the new technologies by constant training the use of print sources, specialized software and electronic resources in Romanian and at least one worldwide spoken language.
