Save Time and Money Save Money: No risk of files getting damaged like paper files, e.g. spill something on it or lose it. Files are backed up regularly. Generating statistics to justify new staff or equipment. Notes and other information are easily read because there is no handwriting involved. Information may be shared easily. Information is secured easily; with software you can control who sees what whether you are in the room or not. With paper files access is controlled by locks and keys. Save physical space by not having to store paper. Information does not get left behind or misfiled. ATS is eco-friendly by saving paper; can help you go green. Cost of paper; ream of paper is approximately $4. Cost of space for storage; new file cabinet is approximately $175. Time is money; saving 15 minutes a day amounts to saving 60+ hours over the course of a single year. If someone spends 15 minutes retrieving/returning a file 3 times a week they spend about 1 week each year in this activity that can be cut to seconds using a software system. Save Time: Generate year-end reports in minutes. Have access to your information wherever you go without having to carry a file cabinet. We estimate that it takes 5-10 minutes to enter the basic athlete information. Using the ATS Web Portal lets athletes or their families do the data entry, saving significant amounts of time. Save time searching for information by a number of electronic methods rather than thumbing through paper files. Entering information via computer is faster and more accurate than hand-writing. Reports may be exported to MS-Excel for budget work. Reports maybe exported to MS-Word or Adobe PDF for other work or emailing. Return on Investment: Based on the cost saving discussed above vs. the purchase price of ATS it is entirely possible to have an ROI in 1 year or less. While each organization makes its own decision on what is a good time period, this is usually 2 or 3 times the accepted period. Can you put a price on being able to have the necessary information when you have to take an athlete to the hospital? In the unfortunate event this happens you may retrieve this information using the ATS Smartphone rather than hoping you have a report or notebook with you. Can you put a price on your files if disaster (fire, flood or theft) occurs? Paper files are easily destroyed or removed. ATS on a Mac The ATS Core may be run on a MAC with an Intel processor: Running VMWare Fusion or Parallels with Windows XP* or newer installed. Running boot camp you may also partition the hard drive, install Windows XP* or newer, then install/run the ATS Core. The ATS Core Portal may be run on any machine using an internet browser. This includes running Safari on a MAC. Note: At least one user must run the ATS Core to perform Admin functions. We do not support the MAC environment, VMWare or Parallels, but will do our best to help as we are able if an issue oc-

Customization One of the biggest parts of our ATS Software s flexibility is the ability to customize the various modules used/available in the system and also the 130+ drop-down lists used for data entry and reports. Your administrator starts by selecting, or unselecting, the modules in ATS to be used. These can be turned on/off at any given time; allowing you to grow into parts of the system as your needs change. 130+ lists are available. A partial list is shown below...
