. How to Trade a. Panel 4. Toggle between Panel view and List view.. Select to view four or eight symbols.. Click on either Sell or Buy to open the order menu. 4. Displays P/L Current Profit & Loss on current symbol if any existing positions are still opened. Lots Input lot size or click on arrows to change lot size. Leverage Click to change Leverage (please refer to the website for a list of leverages for different symbols). b. List. Toggle between Panel view and List view.. Headings Symbol Symbol of currency pair, index or commodity. SELL Sell price. BUY Buy price. Order Lots Where user sets lot size and leverage size. SP Spread. Pip Cost Profit & Loss per tick. High Low History of highest and lowest price of the symbol. Open Lots S/B Open positions of Sell and Buy user has. RO-S/B Rollover Sell or Buy.. Click on either Sell or Buy to open the order menu. 4
. How to Trade c. Simple Trade. Simple order is selected automatically.. A-CO Price Auto Closeout Rate.. Check box to toggle Slippage function on and off. 4. Check box to toggle Stop Loss function on and off. 4 5. Expiry Duration for when the Stop Loss instruction will expire: Day instruction will expire at the end of the day. GTF Good Till Friday: Instruction will last until Friday. GTC Good Till Cancel: Instruction will last until user cancels. GTD Good Till Date: Instruction will last until a date set by the user. 6. Check box to skip the confirmation screen. 5 7. Click to Submit order. 6 7 d. Complex Trade. Switch to Complex order.. Type of Order IFD (IF Done) Placing orders (open and close orders) simultaneously. Once the primary order has been filled, the secondary order (to close the position) will be automatically in place. OCO (Once Cancels the Other) Placing orders (limit and stop orders) simultaneously. When one order has been filled, the other one will be cancelled. IFDOCO (IF Done OCO) Placing an IFD order and an OCO order simultaneously, with second leg of the IFD being an OCO order.. Input order instructions relating to the type of order that was selected (IFD, OCO & IFDOCO). 5
. How to Trade e. One-Click Trade. Switch to One-Click order.. Click Sell (red) or Buy (blue) to initiate trade.. This closes all open positions. 4. Displays details of open positions. 4 5. Resets the Lots input field. 6. Adds amount to the Lots input field. 5 7. Toggles Hedging and Stop Loss function On and Off. Stop Loss will be defaulted to what the user has set under User Preference, this is the same for Slippage and Closing Sequence. 7 6 f. Modifying/Cancelling Orders. Symbol must be selected before clicking on Modify/Cancel Order... Refresh to see updated Orders.. Headings Symbol Symbol of currency pair, index or commodity. Order S/B Order type (Open or Close) and whether it is Sell or Buy. Type [Status] Leverage Type of order (IFD, OCO, IFDOCO) and the leverage for the symbol that user has set. Order Price A-CO Price Order Price that user has set and the Auto Closeout Rate for the symbol (instrument). Order Date Expiry Date Date of when order was placed and expiry date for the instruction user has set. 6
. How to Trade g. Modify/Cancel Menu. Input the field to be modified.. Select either Modify Order or Cancel Order to proceed. Confirmation pages are shown below: Modify Cancel Completed 7
. How to Trade h. Close Position. Summary will show position listed as a summary for each symbol, All will show position listed individually in the order of execution time.. Select the symbol to close and select Close Order to initiate close order menu (see image below).. Headings After order has been placed successfully, you go to Orders, Trade History, or Positions where it is possible to view order or trade details. Symbol S/B Symbol of currency pair, index or commodity and indication of whether position is Sell or Buy. Open Pending Indication Open positions and Pending positions. Order Price Summary displays the average Order Price for user, individual prices will be displayed under All tab. Leverage / A-CO Price Leverage and Auto-Closeout for individual orders. P/L (%) (Rollover) Profit & Loss percentage and Rollover amount. Trade Date Date when trade was processed.. Allows user to modify individual orders as shown below.. Option to add Slippage when closing order. 8
. How to Trade h. Close Position. Headings Open (Pending) Shows the number of Open positions and Pending orders. Select to Close Option to select how many to close or select ALL to close via the top checkbox. Unrealised P/L Unrealised Profit & Loss. Rollover Rate Rollover rate for each order. Trade Date Trade date and time for each order.. Select to update Lots on the summary screen on the left before Confirming close order. 9
. How to Trade i. User Preferences To adjust User Preferences, click the button in the top right corner above the Price Panel. 4 5 9 8 6 7 Simple/Complex One-Trade Other. Drop-down menu for all the different order types to which users can apply settings.. Resets all changes back to default Z.com Trader settings.. Select default order type from Market, Limit, IFD, OCO, IFDOCO and One-Click. 4. Check box to set default Slippage to be On or Off. 5. Change settings for default pip distance upon choosing Stop or Limit order, and expiry conditions. 6. Check box to set default Stop Loss to be On or Off. 7. Select default settings for when Closing a position. 8. Order Confirmation Window Change default settings for Order Confirmation Windows to be On or Off. 9. Sound Toggle and change the sound/sound type of when orders are accepted or executed. 0
. One-Click Mode About One-Click What is One-Click? One-Click is a high-speed trading feature that gives you full flexibility to open, close, close-and-reverse or close all positions of the same symbol (instrument) with just a single tab. One-Click is an instantaneous trading function for placing market orders only. Before you place your trade using One-Click, we highly recommend you to practise executing One-Click trades with our demo-trading platform. Unique Features of One-Click Trade With a single tab Place a Market Order with One-Click - this feature allows you to instantaneously submit a Market Order without any verification window. This enables you to get in and out of positions quickly with less price fluctuation. Close All positions of each symbol (instrument) with a single tab Click on the Close ALL button to close all (both long and short) positions for the selected symbol (instrument). Position status at a glance You can view the current quote, number of positions held, average opening price, unrealised profit or loss (in pips) and the net profit or loss amount (in the trading account currency) on all positions in real-time for the selected currency pair, index or commodity. With all essential information shown in a single window, you can trade faster without missing a chance. One-Click Order Panel
. One-Click Mode Before Getting Started a. The One-Click Feature on Z.com Trader To use this feature, go to Z.com Trader > TRADES. There are two ways to activate One-Click order mode: i. Price Panel View Switch to ON ii. Price List View Switch to ON iii. Pop-Up Order Panel Click on the price area under Panel View Click on the One-Click tab OR Click on the price area under List View
. One-Click Mode Before Getting Started b. User Preferences Before using One-Click, please preset your order settings such as slippage allowed for each symbol (instrument).. User Preferences Click the button on the top right corner above the Price Panel. 4. One-Click Settings Select the One-Click tab.. Symbols (instruments) Dropdown menu to choose the instrument for which you would like the set your preferences. 6 5 7 4. Default Settings Click to restore to default settings. Default settings are as shown on the left. 5. Hedging Check to enable hedging mode for One-Click. 8 9 6. Slippage Check No Restriction if you do not wish to set any slippage limit. Otherwise, remove check and enter the maximum slippage allowed in pips. If the slippage limit is too low, your order may not be executed when market is volatile and market rate has fluctuated beyond the limit after you placed your order. 7. Stop Loss Check to enable stop loss order for every One-Click trade. 8. Stop Order Distance and Expiry Set stop loss distance, in pips, from the market price and select expiry type for the stop loss order: Day, GTF or GTC. Stop Loss order is applicable to One-Click trades executed from Pop-Up Order Panel ONLY. 9. Closing Sequence Select the order you would like to have your positions closed when using One-Click: FIFO (first in, first out) or LIFO (last in, first out).

Symbol (Instrument) Select symbol (instrument) from drop-down list to show latest sell/buy price.. Order Button Place a market order with just a single click on either SELL/BUY button. 4. Position Summary Shows your current position summary for the chosen symbol (instrument). OPEN: Total number of trade lots held P/L: Current net profit or loss amount shown in GBP 5. Order Lots Enter the intended trade size in lots. Value entered will remain as the default order lot size until it is changed. Stop loss order preset under Settings will NOT be applicable to One-Click trades executed from Price Panel. To open trade with stop loss order using One-Click, please do so from Pop-Up Order Panel. 4
. One-Click Mode Before Getting Started d. Layout [Pop-Up Order Panel] 4 5 7. Symbol (Instrument) Select currency pair, index or commodity from drop-down list to show latest sell/buy price.. Order Button Place a market order with just a single click on the SELL or BUY button.. Spread Shows current spread, the price difference between SELL and BUY price. 4. Close All Click CLOSE ALL button to close all positions (including those with pending close orders) for the selected symbol (instrument). 6 8 9 5. Position Summary Shows your current position summary for the chosen symbol (instrument). Open Lots: Avg Price: P/L (pips): P/L: current no. of positions held (including those with pending close orders) average open price for long or short positions price difference (in pips) between current price and average open price unrealised net profit or loss amount in GBP. 6. Order Lots Enter the intended trade size in lots. Value entered will remain as the default order lot size until it is changed. 7. Hedging Click to enable or disable hedging mode. To customise the default hedging mode, please go to ON: OFF: you can only open trades with the sell or buy button you can open or close trades by tapping on the sell or buy button 8. Stop Lots Click to enable or disable Stop Loss order. To change the Stop Loss distance (in pips), please go to 9. Slippage Limit and Closing Sequence Display your current settings. . One-Click Mode Placing a One-Click Order a. Open Trade. Select currency pair, index or commodity.. The buy button allows you to take out a long position on the selected symbol (instrument).. Currently, no positions are held for the selected symbol (instrument). 4. With a single click, the open order has been executed and long position is held. 4 6
. One-Click Mode Placing a One-Click Order b. Close Trade. Currently, a long position is held.. Click the SELL button to close the long position.. With a single click, the close order has been executed and the long position has been closed. When closing more than one position at the same time, the system will close positions according to the selected closing sequence. 7
. One-Click Mode Placing a One-Click Order c. Close-and-Reverse Trade. Currently, a long position is held.. Enter order lot size that exceeds the number of long positions held.. Click SELL button. 4. The long position has been closed and the account now holds the short position. 4 Close-and-Reverse trade is executed when order lot size larger than the current position held in the opposite direction is placed. 8
. One-Click Mode Placing a One-Click Order d. Close All By click on the CLOSE ALL button, all positions (both long and short) for the selected symbol (instrument) shall be closed out.. Click CLOSE ALL button to close positions held on both long and short positions simultaneously.. All positions for the selected symbol (instrument) have been closed. 9
4. Simple Chart User Preference. Choose symbols (instruments).. Chart settings (image shown below).. Chart legend. Chart Settings allow users to hide or display certain indicators. The Moving Average (MA) time frame for each term can be changed to the user s preference. 0
5. Transactions Click on the Transactions tab for details of your positions, orders and activities and reports. a. Positions. Users can filter the search criteria to show specific results.. Headings Close The function to close an order can be accessed on this page. Symbol Symbol of the currency pair, index or commodity. Open Lots Pending Lots The number positioned at the top is open lots that user currently has and the number below indicates pending lots. Open Price Current Price Open price indicates the Open price the user executed the order and the current price is the current market price. Auto-Closeout Price Leverage The number above indicates the Auto-Closeout Rate and the number below indicates the Leverage with which the user traded. Floating P/L (Accu. Rollover) This column displays the Floating Profit & Loss as well as the accrued rollover. Floating P/L (pips) GBP/Point Floating Profit & Loss in pips and British Pounds per point. Trade Date Date when trade was made. Required Margin Displays the required margin for the trade. To sort the position/order according to specified columns, simply click the blue links.
5. Transactions b. Orders. Status Invalid Reason Displays the Status of the order whether it is Pending or Filled and displays any reason why the order may be invalid.. Order No. Platform Order No. Platform Displays the order number for the position and displays where the order was placed (e.g. via Web or Mobile). Click on the order number to view further details of the order (please see below): 4. Only filled orders will be shown on the Order Details section. 4. History for any amendments for the order will be shown on the Change History. c. Activities. Search results can be downloaded to be viewed in Microsoft Excel. d. Reports. Click the link in order to view statements in PDF format.
