2 Issues addressed This service pack addresses the following issues reported since the release of version 4.4 SP 2. 2.1 Speed with which mandatory tests are updated The new Academy packs make use of the Mandatory Test functionality that was added to Audit Automation in 4.2. Our testing identified an issue with the time taken to update mandatory tests when triggered as a result of changes to planning or financial data. We have addressed this and significantly reduced the time required to a few seconds. 2.2 Clearing of second review record on audit tests The record storing the second review of an audit test was not being cleared on an annual balance forward. This is now removed. 2.3 Removal of automatic notes refresh In a prior version we introduced the automatic refresh of the list of notes in the Audit notes window where the user kept this open while working elsewhere in the system. Since this was added we have experienced an increase in the number of reported file corruptions and, as a precautionary measure, we have removed the functionality while we investigate the cause.
