PHOENI COMPOSITE SOLUTIONS, LLC FAA Repair Station 4PR734 Self Survey Introduction: Phoenix Composites Solutions, LLC (PCS), was founded in early 2003 and is a non-union, female owned HUB-Zone qualified small business concern located in Northeast Michigan. We are committed to quality and have been registrared to AS9100 / ISO 9001since November 2005. Phoenix Composite Solutions is also a certificated FAA Repair Station, (FAA Certificate; 4PR734) with European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA; 145.5623), Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC; F00100598) and Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV; VN- 047Nn/CAAV) approvals. Our customers have recognized our capabilities to manufacture and repair composite and sheet metal parts and components, including fan cases, radomes; with transmissivity testing, thrust reversers, turbine engine test equipment such as Bellmouths and substitute thrust reversers, bond tooling, Heat Shields, and MRI Headrests and arm rests. The Phoenix Composite Solutions team has experience with numerous resin systems and composite materials including; BMI, Poly Amides, Kevlar, Carbon, and fiberglass prepregs and laminates, We also have a very capable in-house Machine Shop with CNC machining capabilities and certified welders. Our support activities such as Phosphoric Acid Anodizing, autoclave, and clean room activities have been approved by our major aerospace customers for repair and manufacturing operations.
