She earned her B.S. degree from Loyola University Chicago and her J.D. degree cum laude from Seattle University School of Law where she was editor-in-chief of the Seattle Journal for Social Justice. Before law school, Ms. Przekop worked for several years as a paralegal in Chicago with firms focusing on insurance coverage and complex insurance defense matters. During her tenure at one of those firms, she was the firm s lead paralegal on the World Trade Center Litigation, assisting with the representation of the security company that provided pre-board screening for one of the four hijacked flights on 9/11. 2 P age

Ronnie is focusing his practice on IP litigation, patent preparation & prosecution, and patent licensing. He has prepared and prosecuted US and PCT patent applications for 6 years while in private practice as a Patent Agent, and has spent the past 3 ½ years focusing on patent licensing and monetization. Ronnie also serves as a volunteer attorney for the Housing Justice Project at the Norm Maleng Regional Justice Center in Kent, WA. He provides pro bono legal services to low-income tenants facing eviction. His pro bono services include: drafting pleadings & motions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in eviction show cause hearings. Prior to practicing patent law, Ronnie worked as a semiconductor device engineer for Tower Semiconductor (now TowerJazz), a semiconductor foundry in Israel. His work at Tower included designing and testing transistors, implementing circuit simulations, wafer-level layout design, and reliability testing. 3 P age

Shashi provides probono services to local non-profits through Washington Association of Community Organizations and serves the needs of low-income clients by volunteering at various Eastside neighborhood clinics. Shashi earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and is admitted to practice in State courts and Federal district courts. She is an active member of the King and Pierce County bar associations, and diversity groups such as Washington Women Lawyers and South Asian Bar Association of Washington. Shashi was also past chair of the KCBA Business law section, the current chair of the KCBA solo section and she serves on several KCBA and WSAJ membership and Diversity Committees. In addition, Shashi serves as an ambassador at the Issaquah and Sammamish Chambers of Commerce. Shashi was born and raised in New Delhi, India and outside of work is a super busy mom raising a five year old son and a 2 year old daughter and loves spending time outdoors with her husband and kids.
